    We visited the park one time for my son's birthday party and were offered a discount on our visit to sign up for a skyzone pass. The clerk said he will cancel it as soon as the payment is made and so that's what we did. He told me the payment went through and membership is canceled, then he gave us the socks for the kids and we enjoyed the park. We never received any follow up notifications that I was being charged for the membership monthly and the membership auto renewed six months later. They charged me for almost a year and we never went back because we don't even live in this city. It's almost two hours away. When we noticed the charges in July going back to the previous August we attempted to resolve it with the business seeing how we never visited the park again, but they refused to refund the membership fees. I never agreed to all the terms of this and see from the online reviews many other people have issues canceling or are even aware of these memberships. I searched my email and found the auto renewal email but only two emails were ever sent. The sign up and auto renewal.

    I purchased an auto-renewing membership from Sky **** on 4/19/24.I called Sky **** Arvada on 5/3/24 to cancel my auto renewing membership. I was told it was cancelled (phone number ************, *************************** or ***************************) and our last day to use it would be *** 17th.On 5/19/24 I saw a charge on my credit card for $28.06. When I called 5/19/24 to check on the status of my membership I was told it was still active and had auto-renewed despite my call to have it cancelled 5/3/24.The person who answered the phone told me to email *********************** to request a refund. I have since sent two emails to this email address, one email on 5/20/24 and another email 5/28/24. I have received no response from the business.I would like two things, please:1. written confirmation (email is fine) that my membership is now cancelled and will not auto-renew 2. I would like a refund of $28.06 since this was erroneously charged for a membership I had cancelled 5/3/24.

    I have been receiving calls from ************ asking 4 a *********************** I told them wrong number. The calls continued I finally called back and asked who the h*** continued to call my phone and why the woman who answered said f*** you learn how to talk and hung up. I called back a man said what's the problem I told him he replied with we got your number from a 3rd party from courts for collection I got nasty I asked for a phone number to someone in corporate to file a complain the said there is no one else and asked what else I wanted I repeated my self he hung up on me. That only enraged me so I keeped calling back the man started to say don't you have anything better to do aren't you 41 yrs ? If this is a trampoline service how did he know my age he continued to talk s*** so I hung up and continued to call no one gave me any number and the times the man would answer he continued to talk s*** and hang up. I continued to call back till they blocked me, I did leave 1 voice mail stated my name and phone number and asked who the hell/ or f*** keeps calling my number. I'm not sure if his claim of 3rd party agency gave him my number or personal information of if it's even a collection/ trampoline service but I want to talk to someone else from this service, find out why that number continued to call me over and over. I have phone records to back up what I'm saying and I honestly hope this businesses records all the calls.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******* concerning unauthorized charges and membership issues that I have experienced with their services. Membership ID ******** On October 21, 2023, I purchased a membership for my children at SkyZone. However, when attempting to use the membership shortly after the purchase, we were informed that it had already expired, despite being only days after the initial transaction. This was not only frustrating but also confusing, as it contradicted the terms of the membership.In response to this issue, I promptly filed a dispute with my bank to address the situation. To my dismay, ******* charged my account again on November 21, 2023, in the amount of $97.13, without my authorization. Despite reaching out to SkyZone, speaking with a manager, and explaining the situation, the charged amount has not been reversed.This unauthorized charge is a clear violation of my financial security and is causing significant inconvenience. I find this situation highly unacceptable and demand a prompt resolution. I believe *******'s actions warrant investigation by the Better Business Bureau to ensure fair and ethical business practices.I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and facilitating a resolution between myself and SkyZone.
