    I've issued three payments to the company on April *****, 2024 - $292.46, $610.00, $2003.40. The three payments above were for material and one of the two services. The last service performed in August 2024 was not paid as the work was incomplete and the material was damaged. I've been working with Honor ************ for the majority of 2024 on window and screen replacement and have a signed contract with them. The owner, ***** ******, and two employees performed the work. All windows that came with screens came damaged and two windows also came damaged. All windows and screens were installed not taking into account their condition. The company also replaced the glass of one of my windows (poorly done as it has since cracked inside) and claimed to fix one of my bent screens (I was supposed to receive a new screen but they just tried to bend the screen back in place and it is still warped). I've been in contact with the company until November 11, 2024 - the last day I received communication. I've tried calling, emailing, and texting since and have not received any communication back. The company was supposed to file a warranty claim (a number was never provided) and come back and fix their work as well as provide credit to work I had to do from another company (Honor Windows LLC agreed to pay me $1300.00 of that work) to make sure my house isn't damaged by weather in the meantime while the windows warranty was being worked before the windows could be replaced. This company takes people's money, doesn't follow up on the job they were hired to perform, doesn't provide material that has not been damaged, lied about their work, doesn't uphold their contact and warranty information on their side for both windows and handyman/craftmanship, and ignores all forms of communication. I am asking for a refund of the work plus the amount that Honor Windows LLC agreed to pay me per the siding/painting rework I need to do once windows are replaced. This amount equals $4205.86.
