    11 months ago ***** installed a replacement window in our bathroom that had become foggy. After the install, I asked him the bottom trim not fitting snugly and the gap under the trim piece. He said it was OK that way and that the outside was the important part and that was fine. I asked about a warranty before he left and was told 1 year. With the rainy season, the window leaks every time it rains. I have called Honor Windows 12 times and left 12 voicemail messages, I have texted pictures showing the water coming in. I have received no response from this company. The company website does not exist. There is no email address that I can find. There is no address or phone number or date of install on the paperwork ***** left after the install. I have only my notes written on the paperwork and my cancelled checks showing dates written and dates cashed. I should have checked into this company more before using them. Instead, I trusted the name - HONOR, the logo - a Cross, and the Vet owned business thing. It's only $621.20 that I paid for replacing the glass in this one window. However, the way this company does business is unacceptable.
