We have been doing this for over 25 yearsand are absolutely committed to your satisfaction as our seat cover customer.However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may returnthem according to the following terms:
Returns made within 30 days of receiving the item will be promptly refunded less a 25% restocking fee upon our receipt of the return. Returns not made within 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted.
Returns must be undamaged and complete with original packaging.
Pleasebe assured that we will gladly fix any defective item due to workmanship orquality of our seat covers.
Howto Return an Item for Refund:
Toreturn an item for refund, please call 866-755-6005 and ask for your RGAnumber. Please have your order number and other purchase information available.Once you have obtained an RGA form, which we email to you, place seat covers inoriginal packaging along with the RGA form and ship (use the most convenientcarrier) to our address shown on the RGA form. We recommend that you use areliable carrier and insure the contents. Shipping charges on seat coversreturned for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
RGAnumbers are valid for 14 days only. If your covers are shipped after 14 daysthey will be returned to sender.
