Multiple times throughout this year, 2023, we have received letters in the mail from this company. They claim that our vehicle coverage may be expiring, or may have already expired. (It's basically a letter saying that they have been trying to reach me about my vehicle's extended warranty) It further states that they can activate coverage on my vehicle. Underneath that, it says that they reserve the right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage after 5 days.
We are tired of these letters, and no matter what they say on the phone, we are still getting them about every two to three weeks.Initial Complaint

I have been receiving multiple calls a day now. From the vehicle service department enquiring about an extended warranty services for a truck I no longer own. I have asked multiple times for them to put me on to do not call list even though I'm on the national registry of do not call list yet they still continue to call.Initial Complaint

This company calls multiple times a week asking me the exact mileage of my vehicle. They tell me that they are calling from the corporate office in Los Angeles, CA, but the area codes that they are using are from my state. The vehicle that they are inquiring about does not even exist. They are asking about a 2020 Buick that I have never owned. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list, but am hung up on every time.Initial Complaint

Receiving countless calls about buying a warranty on a vehicle that I no longer have. I have requested not to be contacted, and explained each time that I do not have the vehicle they are calling about. They commit to updating their records and taking me off their call list to no avail. I have even called them back to speak with someone but you are only prompted to select #1 to be taken off the call list, after doing so the call is disconnected. I have also called and did not select #1 to only be disconnected. Even after hitting #1 to be removed from the call list the calls continue! The calls are disruptive, causing interruptions during my work day; they are excessive and a nuisance. I've tried to block the numbers as they call, but they call from a different number each time. I am a professional whose business is conducted by phone from vendors, and other colleagues. Therefore, I cannot "block calls not in my contacts." Please help!Initial Complaint

They call everyday and multiple times per day after I've told them to stop calling multiple times over a period of 6 months. I've reported them to the DNC List, I've blocked every number they have called from and they continue to call from new numbers each time. They call before 7 in the morning up til 7 pm 7 days per week. I want them to stop harassing me. I've been on the DNC registry for a long time but it still doesn't stop them from continuing to call me.Initial Complaint

Representatives from this company call me almost daily asking “… approximately how many miles are on your vehicle?”. They tell me that they will put me on their “Do not call list”, but they continue to call me, repeatedly from different telephone numbers from different area codes. I have called them back, only to reach a recorded voice message stating “Press 1 to be put on our ‘Do not call list’, then they continue to call me. After each time they call me again, I block the number they called from, only to later receive yet additional calls from them from other numbers. I wish to file a complaint against this company as I do not even own a car, and haven’t owned a car for years. I never even owned the car that they call and ask me about now. On 2/23 and throughout this past week, I received fake letters in the mail from the Vehicle Services Division saying that my car's warranty is about to expire and I need to renew with them. I have never given them my personal information, which they included on their fake letters. This information includes my address and my car's make, model, and year.Initial Complaint

been getting harassed by the company for a couple years now. they use tons of different phone numbers and will cuss you out as soon as they realize your not fallinng for their crap
