    I received a fraudulent letter in the mail today from a fake company called Vehicle Service Division, about a factory warranty expiring on a vehicle I do not, nor have ever owned. The letter directs me to call 1-888-413-**** with the VIN and current mileage on a 2022 Isuzu *** **. The letter has no information about the company, was not on a legitimate letterhead, and the phone number is fake. See attached letter.

    I have been getting letters from kia 2020 K900 regarding a vehicle service contract. I don't own or never have owned a kia. It has a vin # on it *********. I believe this is a scam. I get one every month. It has my name and address on it and it needs to stop.

    Please investigate or help if you can.

    These people sent me a very convincing letter in the mail that said "Motor Vehicle Service Registration". I recently bought a new car and thought this was from the DMV or the government. They had access to my VIN number and the forms of payment I used which is why I thought it was the government.

    I was scammed, and it hurt me. They wanted a total of 5k over the next 18 months and I was unaware as I thought it was something for my recent car purchase.

    They refuse to answer any question, just keeps trying to connect me to a representative, and whenever I keep bringing up about do not call list, they say "I think we have everything we need" then hangs up.

    I put this in DNC website as well, no resolution.

    This business needs to stop harassing people.

    They sent me a letter in the mail with my vehicle information within a month of me buying this car and told me that I was late replying to their final notice. When I called the number and tried to get more information on who exactly was offering this extended warranty/coverage she was vague and not very helpful. I don't know how they got my information in the first place.

    Why do you not put a stop to these unwanted phone calls from companies clearly violating the do not call registry? It’s called enforcement. This company for warranty exp of vehicles is bogus and continued on for years! It is time to take action rather than let more ppl become victimized

    They call from so many different numbers evwry day about 5 times a day even thoigh i told them im not interested in tthe service they provide. ITS HARRASSMENT.i cant speak to a supwrvisor i told them to stop calling me.Every day

    Receiving a suspicious letter from VEHICLE SERVICES DIVISION. Very annoying. It appears to have a check or "voucher" attached for $199.00 - made out with my name on it.

    The letter includes a Warning about expiring vehicle insurance coverage. Very shady business practices that need to be investigated and shut down due to misrepresentation and FRAUD.

    The whole office is calling me. I have 6 different numbers all starting the same just the last four numbers are different. Everyone sounds the same and they won't stop calling even after being asked to not call me anymore. Bought my information and won't leave me alone. It's harassment at this point and before work today I'm going to harrass them back. Also, to get called at 7am.... where are you in the world? Buisness is 9-5. I work til 2 in the morning, finally fall asleep at 4 or 5am and two hours in, its these people calling me.. each time? I am an on call worker. I don't shut my ringer off, I tell companies to take me off their calling list but this one doesn't understand. If they take me off today it's only cuz I fought back. Called them a bunch asking how do you guys like it? I don't know what I'm doing right now or who I'm venting to but for you guys being the better business bureau I thought it would be the right place to tell you about this bad business.. thankyou for your time.

    Business calls me multiple times a day every weekday for months trying to sell vehicle warranties. I’ve repeatedly told them I’m not interested and asked multiple times not to receive these calls anymore but they still call multiple times a day for at least the last 6 months. I’ve also asked multiple t to speak to a supervisor but get hung up on every time.
