    I am continually being harassed by this company - I do not even own a car. Tired of the scam through the mail, the countless phone calls etc. I want my information removed from this company, and for them to cease and desist all contact with me. Do your job, please.

    Numerous, harassing phone calls several times per day. Phone calls as early as 537am!
    Requested removal of my phone number in their database several times and further requested that the phone calls cease most recently on 2/16/24 with a an individual by the name of Mary. Yet, they continue to harass me via phone.

    Dear BBB I keep getting fake checks from this scammers I finally had it as I received the final notice which is crazy so I decided to write a complaint I am in shock the the BBB has them with an F rating with the limited information no information about an owner
    You should have a warning plus you should be working with Colorado attorney general and FTC to do more to protect the public
    If I do not see any movement from this BBB I will file a complaint with the council of the BBB's
    And I demand they stop trying the scam me

    Constant daily phone calls and are harassing me even after I explain I am not interested in them or their services at all. Needs to stop!

    Continuous calls to point of harassment get calls daily even though I’ve asked them not to call sometimes I get as many as 5 calls per day

    I received a check for $199 in mail saying Final Notice about Vehicle Coverage expiring on my car. I can send screenshot of the letter. I am receiving nonstop calls from this company. I do not know how they acquired my information to begin with. Is says in the letter IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED. It's a check for $199 to payout to me. I know this is probably a scam to begin with. The phone number is 1-888-413-6075 Company name is- VEHICLE SERVICES DIVISION also has number 1-855-454-0932 at the bottom of the letter. It. Says record id:324BU15592 on the letter & expiration date of 12-15-2023

    I received many phone calls each day from this company and searched the number and saw that it is a known scam phone number. I blocked the number they called on but they kept calling on different numbers. I just received a fake check from Vehicle Services Division regarding a vehicle I no longer own stating the coverage on my vehicle is expiring and that I’m at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs. It also said this was a final notice and to call 1-888-413-6075, which I looked up and found other complaints regarding this “business.”

    I submitted several complaints to BBB last week regarding neighbor spoofing spam calls from an unknown company. When I attempted to obtain business information, I was hung up on. When I told a caller that I'm on the do not call list and they have no permission to contact me, the caller became aggressive and harassed me. I receive 5-10 calls from this company PER DAY. I never gave consent for them to contact me in any form, and now they're very blatantly harassing me. I've even considered changing my phone number because of this, which is very distressing. I am highly concerned about potential identity theft or personal information hacks because of the manner in which this company operates. I want this business stopped, immediately.
