This company calls me several times a day (every day or night) trying to sell services related to my Chrysler. I already asked to the caller to take my name out of their list but it didn’t work.
It is unbearable to receive multiple calls during the day or night. I don't know why they don't stop calling me if I've told them more than once to stop calling me. For the love of God, stop calling meInitial Complaint

I was sent the same letter for my 2024 Honda I just purchased. I called it and the woman who answered barely spoke English. She transferred me to this complete arrogant guy who tried to quote me $299 a month for an extended warranty. I told him I couldn’t do it, that I would have to call back. He scoffed and mocked me, stated the following “Everyone should have $300 in their account” and I went off because I’m a teacher and in this economy, that’s a pretty cavalier statement. I hung up on him! He called me back on an “unknown” number so I couldn’t trace the call, left a voicemail telling me how rude it was for me to hang up on him, and that I shouldn’t call myself a role model to students. Completely insulting, and that’s when I knew I did right by hanging up on him. When they can’t make a sale they will insult you and call you on blocked numbers to curse at you. It happened. I am getting letters from vehicle services division. it has two perforated lines on the sides to rip off. it says “immediate response to this notice requested” , important do not discard. It’s saying signature required on the front vehicle info; 2021 Kia forte. The inside says this letter is to inform you that the vehicle coverage on your 2021 Kia may be expiring or may have already expired. Our records indicate that you have not contacted us yet to get your coverage up to date without a vehicle protection plan in place you are at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs. however, you may still have time left to activate coverage on your vehicle before it’s too late. No inspection will be required and final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you 1-888-413-6075. operating hours Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM CST, Saturday, 10 AM-4 PM CST.
He was extremely rude on the phone and was rudely convincing me to get the coverage saying “the economy is horrible people will have $19 in their bank account and be driving a 2021 Kia the economy is shit.” do not trust this “company“.Initial Complaint

This company sends repeated letters saying to be from "Vehicle Services Division". No address listed and with this contact number:

I also get automated phone calls about this from time-to-time. I have never responded to them or made any attempt of contact to get my name removed as I know that wouldn't work anyway and would probably just give them a live number they think they can use for more scams.
For everyone who get's these, also report them to the post office. If they get enough of those, hopefully they can do something to stop it.
