    This place has called me OVER 100 times in the past 6 months even though they say they are going to remove my number. They dont and its past annoying. They keep calling even though *** told them a trillion times that I no longer have the vehicle theyre calling about. They are extremely rude when you tell them that you dont want what theyre offering.

    This outfit calls me 4-6 times a day and I'm fed up with it! I've never used their service and never will, mainly because of these insistent calls! Can't something be done to stop this? I've blocked over 100 phone numbers of theirs to no avail.

    I keep getting almost daily phone calls from this "company" called "Vehicle Services Department", using multiple phone numbers from 1-347-xxxx. They know what kind of car I have, so it would seem as if they were legitimate. They use "hard-sell" pressure tactics, and keep you on the phone for as long as possible trying to make a sale. The price of the plan that they quoted to me, starts with a $500 payment (negotiated down to $350) with additional monthly payments that add up to $9,000 by the end of two years. The agents want clear-cut answers to their questions about my vehicle, but are evasive in answering my questions, and are unable to give me the address of their company. I believe that this whole operation is a scam. Caveat emptor.

    I would rate this as no STARS if I could. This company has continually called from multiple numbers. I have blocked 29 numbers so far and am still receiving calls. I have asked to be removed from call list and still receive multiple calls a day. I have even called back to a few of the numbers and requested to be placed on the do not call list.This company is absolutely terrible, does not even have the correct information, and continually harasses individuals. Do not do business with this company!!!Nothing but a SCAM and Harassment.

    I have recieved several letters. not affiliated with ****** at all. this is a scam. my warranty isnt expiring nor do i own this car any longer. how are they aquiring my info from ******? Is ****** selling our information? inside job?

    I received a second letter from "Vehicle Services Division" regarding a Jeep Cherokee that I've never owned. The first letter was regarding a "mechanical breakdown". The letter I got today is about my expired warranty. Do people really fall for this c*** It is signed ************************* Program Coordinator. I think it's time to harass ******. Unless he's non existent like my Jeep Cherokee

    You can tell it's a scam since the letter that was mailed to me didn't have a return address. Vehicle Services Division Private And Confidential Address was all that was written on it. The letter indicated that I must furnish them with my vehicle identification number, which I found weird because if they were a legitimate business and knew my name and address, they ought to also have my vehicle identification number. A phone number is then provided. That I won't call. It makes no sense for them to also have my number. I don't want to receive any more phishing calls.

    I was scammed into purchasing a vehicle manufacturer warranty from this business. They strong armed me by saying if I dont purchase while on the phone, my car would not have warranty anymore. Business claims to do business with all car dealers across the nation. My dealership confirmed that I still have coverage. Dont fall for it

    Ive been getting nonstop calls from them under the number 347x966x1227. They you like to call every once a month now. They claim that their business is in ****** in **********. I called back the number and they claim its the vehicle service department company partnered with *** nationwide. They refused to give up the location of where they are exactly located. One caller who was a female working there that whispered under her breath help me and saying that she doesnt know where she is before continuing the call in a regular town continuing to provide a service. It was very disturbing and reminded me of human trafficking I hope they can get their phone traced by the ****

    Called the number on this letter to ask what this was. He sounded like he was not from a business first of all, just sitting home answering a telephone. Wasnt really giving me any details other than I needed to extend. I asked him how was it they they knew I even bought this car and there was no mention of a warranty bc I bought as is. He said something like they got my information when I received my title. LIES bc I am leasing this car so the ********************* has the titles I knew this was a fraudulent and I hung up immediately. Wont gget me.
