    Spoke to an individual identifying herself as someone who worked for the vehicle service department explain to her I am on a fixed income she gave me a low price of 150 as a down payment and we discussed a specific date that the money would be taken out of my account as soon as she got my bank account information she turned around and jacked the price of $45 telling me that it was because I didt make the payment today. I have tried to call three or four times to speak with a supervisor continuously told that the supervisor was not available and then the operator automatically goes into the sales speech about what I need for my vehicle when I try to explain to them Ive already had this conversation and I want to make sure that there are no charges taken out of my account she goes into this will we are calling today are you called us, I never reached out to them they reached out to me I never called them until I had this issue and now when I try to call them back they automatically disconnect the call as soon as they say that its me calling so I am stuck here and trying to understand whats going on with this company . They gave me a quote for Omega auto repair coverage but when I called omega they tell me that that is not their business practice. So I do not understand anything about whats going on or how I can protect my bank account from them taking unauthorized charges but I am livid and completely fed up with the roller coaster that I am on because of this fraudulent company.
