  Incredibly rude. ***** just demanded I email him proof I paid my bill to the anesthesiologist and when I said I'm not comfortable sending proof to a random email he became annoyed and said "Well it will take 45 days then and I could just cancel this now." That sounds like your problem that it takes 45 days to update your records, not mine. I said I would take down his email and look into it to decide if I feel comfortable sending them my payment verification letter. He gave me his email and I said "Ok thank you!" and he hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

  This appears to be a potentially fraudulent operation, so exercise caution when dealing with them! They have inundated me with multiple text messages, insisting on debt collection. Upon calling them to inquire about the alleged debt, a representative mentioned a $60 bill owed for a medical procedure. I informed them that, to the best of my knowledge, I had already settled this bill and had not received any correspondence by mail from either the healthcare company or iQuantified. Given the lack of proper verification and my reluctance to share personal information, the agent became confrontational and just hung up on me. This conduct mirrors the consistent behavior of other companies that have attempted to scam me. BE CAREFUL!

  This company fails is closed their operator ID or license number within the state that they are calling, they continuously spoof their phone numbers and ignore cease and desist orders that are legally ordered against them.

  So I receive a call from a "Mr ****** that a medical bill was sent to their off and would like to collect the payment, so I made the payment. A few months later I notice that I paid the bill twice. Call their office spoke with a Mr. ***** and he assured me that there will be a refund issued. Allowing time (Two weeks) to process the refund of the over payment I email "Mr ****** inquiring about the refund. I ask was the refund issues this man rudely told me "NO" with no additional info. It has been two months and still no refund. Is it legal to collect double on a debt? I've tried to contact *********** off and each time I am put on hold for about 20 to 30 mins and then the line hangs up.
