I need an itemized bill detailing the summary amount and an itemized list with documentation stating the alleged services, alleged items, alleged purchases.     .To whom do you think I owe this debt and what amount do you claim I owe? I will need the name, address and account number for the creditor, in addition to the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, I will need the name, address and account number for the original creditor, the amount owed and the date when the debt was transferred. 2.Please provide a valid basis for the debt, such as the original contract between me and original creditor. Tell me the date the debt became delinquent and the date the last payment was made. 3.Provide me a copy of the last billing statement from the original creditor. If any fees or additional interest charges have been added to that statement, explain how those fees or additional interest charges are permitted, either by the original contract or by law.

    We appreciate this request for more information on the account. 

    We pulled together all of the requested information on the nature of this account as requested and mailed the information directly to the address provided on file with our office on 6/5/24.  We have provided full verification of debt on all accounts in our system for this consumer.  The verification includes all of the name of original creditor and proof of debt.  All balances on the accounts appear to be balance after insurance payments for healthcare services.  

    If the consumer has not received these verifications of debt notices mailed on 6/5 and more sent for other accounts for the consumer on 6/10/24, we ask that she contact us directly at ********************************** or ******************************* so we may more fully converse with her fully regarding these matters and answer any questions.  

    We do apologize for the tardy response on this complaint.  We wanted to ensure that the verifications were pulled and sent.

    Paid the bill by Revenue Enterprises LLC for my TriCore bill and TriCore is still sending me a bill saying that it was not paid. Revenue Enterprises got the check and cashed it on June 21, 2023 but TriCore is saying I still owe them. Revenue Enterprises needs to inform ******* that it has been paid to clear my account.

    Revenue Enterprises reviewed the complaint and found that this information was not reported to his credit bureau as noted and we have since mailed the consumer a full verification of debt including copies of documents outlining the amount owed.  Please let us know if we need to do anything further on this matter.
