      We are having some unusual issues with our furnace so we approached this company. We have had a couple other companies out to inspect our furnace and they did the general diagnostic on the unit which proved inconclusive. We informed the owner ****** that this was not a normal service call due to we have already had basics done to evaluate the issue with no solution, so this would need to be handled at a higher level, which he was ok with that scenario. So when the tech showed up he went to the unit and only performed what the other technicians had already done which was not the plan. When confronted about this he said well i couldn't find anything wrong and i am unable to re create the issue. We tried to explain what the other people had seen and his comment was well i don't know how to pull up the error codes like the other tech did. So to say this guy was not even in the same ball park as the other techs is an understatement. To top it all off he said well guess i get to charge you now since were done here and gave us the price which was different than we were quoted. He came back a while later and said oh ah i need to charge you more they said but we had already wrote the check so he said well guess that will have to do and took it?????. What a joke these guys are and all they want to do is send him back out again to resolve our complaint. We want our money back due to they never did as promised by the owner to have the tech spend time looking at things other than what had been done already. Maybe if calling the manufacturer's help line to troubleshoot the issue could have been done which was discussed we could have been able to resolve the issue but now we have to get a real company out to do just that. My advise people look elsewhere for a company that communicates truth and follows through on promises.

      Worst company ever took 2 months to resolve the issue with our furnace and warranty company through service network first ******* came out and had no idea what they were doing . One tech cussed the whole time and was very rude . They finally installed a new furnace two months later didnt seal the unit properly and now our 96 % efficient furnace is probably about 40 percent efficient. Called ****** he is rude and because we questioned his charges on non covered charges he didnt want to come back to check for leaks and was very rude speaking to my husband. They also installed the pvc pipe in front of my ac connection and want to charge me to come back out and fix their mistake. So no and I mean do not ever call this company to do work for you .

Since you are a customer of the warranty company and not ********************************************* directly Again, we are sorry and suggest you do take up your dissatisfaction with your warranty company directly. We have reached out multiple times to resolve your issue, with no response and will continue to help in any way we can.

      Technicians do not and I mean do not know what they are doing. Issue isnt with the warranty company. It is with your company. You didnt install furnace properly you didnt seal the unit is leaking hot air before it even goes to the vents because your technician didnt seal it

      Resolve the issue . Haha you told my husband he was complaining and you basically didnt want to hear about it . And then you want me to let you back in my home after you continue to lie about charges and refuse to send me a invoice of charges. Basically calling my husband a liar .
