    I have had the worst service with my new HVAC system. It has taken over 30 days to replace the unit and on day 32 after the replacement the unit is leaking out of the return duct on my attic insulation through the second floor plaster ceiling and a light fixture on to my hard wood floor. 2-10 ******** ***** called and told me the contractor was more than happy to come out today to fix the problem. I have not heard from him and on hold currently with 2-10. The contractor was Virginia Breeze. Also ****** from 2-10 the escalation department was supposed to call me back to day to verify what was done which has not happened. It is a shame that you have to spend your time forcing a company to do the job you are paying for them to do.

    We had an awful experience with *********************************. After a washer repair, our ceiling flooded the very next day. When we called for help, the technician responded with extreme disrespect accusing us of having a "Black attitude," saying he was "from the hood," telling us to "shut up," and refusing to come back to fix his work.We had to hire a water restoration company ourselves. They had to tear up carpet, remove padding, tile, and baseboards. We were forced to stay in 95-degree heat for a week with no option to stay elsewhere, leading to stress, *****************, and financial hardship.Clearly, 2-10 Home Warranty doesnt care about the value of their customers because their mission statement and core values are not reflected in the people they hire to represent them as a company.This experience showed zero professionalism or care and violated every value a homeowner should expect. We are left with damage and ongoing costs, and my family felt unsafe in our own home.

    This company is NOT interested in the best interest of the consumer. They will go to ANY length to push out a claim for non-payment. The hold times are ridiculous. I was on 3 way call multiple times for over an hour with the 2-10 representative and my out of network contractor (due to long wait time for in network to 2-10). We were on these call for well over an hour some times close to 2 hours with several holds in between. The questions go round and round to each and every component of the HVAC system. The contractor was very accommodating, however, once ALL required diagnostics and information was submitted, 2-10 required a second opinion from their in-network vendor. This would have pushed the repair out another 2 weeks to a month in the Full June/July Heat (currently 104 degree index). Not worth the money, time and energy fighting with these crooks over the pennies they will agree to pay. SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!!!!

    2-10 is now not willing to keep their word and repair my **** System because I had subscribed to the Luxury Package instead of the Surplus Package.The Surplus Package was never offered to me when I initiated my warranty contract. I explicitly remember telling the selling agent that I wanted the best coverage available for the **** system.6.3.2025 I received a call from ******* with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty who left me a voice mail message that informed me that my compressor had failed and they were moving ahead and authorizing the replacement of the compressor and that they were going to cover the cost of the unit. However no actions were taken by 2-10. I contacted ******* Services Mechanical who had not received authorization from 2-10 to proceed.On 6.9.2025 I called 2-10 and spoke with *** who told me that I would need the Surplus Package to cover my entire system in this instance because it was a split system. Only the Surplus Coverage would cover the compatibility issues that have occurred with recent federal laws.

    In the midst of the Texas heat, my evaporator coil was found to have a leak. 2-10's lack of responsiveness influenced me to buy a new unit through an outside company. While I understand you have to have outside companies approved, given the lack of responsiveness and delays, there was no other recourse. I will end my contract with them this year and will make sure any and everyone I know knows 2-10 is a complete waste of their time and energy...and dollars.

    My Home Warranty Agreement expired 4/30/25, cost $820.53. Starting 4/2/25 I tried to call to start a work order for my broken dishwasher. ******** ******** of the ****************************** admits in her 5/28/25 letter I spoke to a customer Service **** The Representative told me to file the claim on line. I tried to place a claim on line but I could not because the site said it didnt recognize my email, necessary for logging on. I contacted IT through four times they reset the site; twice on 4/2, twice more on 4/5. Emails enclosed. None of these efforts allowed me to file a claim since the site would not recognize my email.. ********************* stated I didnt try to contact them after 4/2. I tried to call **************** but my calls never went through. I have metastatic breast cancer and my first chemo was March 26. I am still receiving weekly infusions and have many MD visits and tests. I also experience severe fatigue and side effects, I tried to talk to someone as often as I could. They knew I had a problem with my appliance 4/2/25 and never reached out to me to see if it had resolved.A sales *** called me a few days before the contract expired to see if I would renew. I listed the problems that I had this this appliance issue and being unable to file a claim. Agent implied if I would renew at over $900, they would send me $150 to pay towards a new dishwasher. The sales agent did not help me with a claim. I tried to follow up with **************** 5/1/2025 , the agent refused to let me speak to a supervisor and said there was no record that I ever filed a claim during the warranty period. When I explained you never took my call and even with IT help I was never able to file online, he said since there was no claim number nothing they would do. They did know there was an issue and never followed up with me.

    If there was an option to give zero starts I would select that one. I filed a claim for my stove and a technician came to assess the problem. He told me the issue was resolved and then left. The stove worked for a few days then went out again so he came back. This time he said he needed to order a part. After waiting almost 8 weeks for the part to arrive, I decided to just ask them to cash out and give me money for a new stove. The next claim I had was for my refrigerators ice maker. I received a call confirming the date that a technician would come out. I took that morning off work. He did not show up or call so that was a waste of time. I called 210 and waited on the phone for almost 20 minutes. I told them to assign a different technician because that one wasted my time. They said they gave me someone new. When we got off the i received an email that the same technician had been assigned to my case. I canceled my policy and I do not recommend anyone use. Their customer service is horrible and they cant seem to hire professional technicians that represent the company well.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We've had a refrigerator down for 2-months, and 2-10 has had 2 different service companies out to inspect. Both have said it's beyond economical repair and recommended replacement. 2-10 then goes dark, and when we call, they say they are sending a 3rd company out to verify, and say they don't have record of the other two companies. When we provided their work order numbers, they magically find record and say they will submit the replacement claim. Yet the very next day, we get notification that a 3rd service company has been scheduled. When I called for the umpteenth time, I'm met with more "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this is our process." The product is a sham. They intentionally delay service and action. Their communication and organization is embarrassingly unprofessional. Would not recommend, even to my worst enemy.

    ***** had someone come out this past Friday and tell me the exact same thing The other two companies told me that the unit needed to be fully replaced, and it was because of how nothing was done to code and install error mind you this is the company they hired to come and take a look at my property 210 an hour later after receiving their contractors recommendation for replacement cancel my claim and denied it and said it was due to service install error even though they are the ones who installed it in the first place now theyre giving me the runaround about how I need to wait 3 to 5 more business days to hear back from them to figure out what the next steps will be mind you I have this gas leak in my house active this entire time they do not care about my family safety or health beyond the most incompetent people Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with stay away from this company at all costs, absolute terrible service truly dont care about anything other than their bottom line
