    I wish there was a way to get some ZERO stars on this profile. It has been a HORRIBLE experience. From the lack of communication to the tech who put the information they claimed they were waiting on into the wrong file. They have been consistent in not approving simple repairs, sending shady technicians, delaying service and then denying service. Latest example, oven replacement on the SUPREME Plan is not good enough to get a replacement after the technician told me it was! Only $1,000. I needed DELUXE to replace my $5,000 oven! Really! I am responsible, of course. I should not have believed the salesperson, nor the employee. I take responsiblity. I should have checked myself instead of asking a person who is supposed to know. CRAPPY SERVICE. Pipe leak still not tended to after reporting it over a month ago and having two techs come out. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK and find another company to care for your home. One who really cares!

    I would not even give them 1 star. The absolute worst company to do business with and such a waste of money. They use your allowance on contractors that cannot make the repair then refuse a replacement. DO NOT waste your time or money!!

    If youre thinking about joining 210 Home Warranty, run. If you value your money, dont waste it here. If youre already a member, try opening a claim and see for yourself how they operate. This company is unethical, rude, and completely untrustworthy.Unqualified technicians sent for repair. Claims denied without clear explanation. Poor customer service with long response times. Inability to resolve issues promptly. I regret ever signing up for this home warranty. When my AC unit broke in the middle of summer, I filed a claim immediately. It took them over a week just to assign a contractor, and when the technician finally came, he spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and said it wasnt covered due to a pre-existing condition despite it working perfectly before. I ended up paying for the full repair out of pocket. **************** was unhelpful and hard to reach, and I kept getting transferred or disconnected. This warranty is nothing but fine print and false promises. Avoid at all costs.

    Absolutely terrible service. They do not honor service agreements and make you pay every time work is needed even when it's under warranty. It's a company that takes your money and makes you jump thru hoops and uses loopholes not to honor their work.

    I got this policy as part of the purchase of my new home. Its an old house, so I was happy to have a backup plan in case something broke while we were getting settled. Boy, was I SORELY mistaken. I have 2 claims open, both submitted the first few days of April. It is now May, and I am still going back and forth with this joke of a company while staring at my broken dishwasher and leaky faucet. I have called at least 10 times within the past month, the first couple of weeks were basically just listening to customer service and the parts department speak out their a$$ with no idea what was going on. I requested a supervisor to call me, and never heard from them for 2 weeks. I was told they couldnt find a part and I would be getting a replacement offer, to the next day them magically finding the part and telling me it will be delivered in 10 days (after waiting 3 weeks). Mind you, I was assured the entire part ordering process would take 3-5 business days. They sent a plumber for one claim that came out, said the whole faucet needed to be replaced, then ghosted me while it was creating a lake in my back yard. And on top of everything, once I did finally get a supervisor (******) to call me (after a month), she was incredibly rude, condescending, and had the nerve to raise her voice at me for voicing my frustration for their lack of communication and ethic. This whole process has been such an embarrassment on their part, and I wish I would have just gone ahead and saved the money to get things fixed myself. Ive probably sunk a solid 40 hours of my time into begging these people to do their job that Ive paid for them to do, I might as well be on their payroll now.

    No exception review process on claims. You either follow perfectly, or youre out of luck. I had an unfortunate experience where I had a ***************************************************************************** the last year. I honestly forgot I had a home warranty, so got it replaced immediately without filing a claim. I remembered very soon after and called to ask if there was a review process for these situations. There is not. Very disappointing as a customer, which they clearly do not care about. Stay away. Will not use them again.

    I purchased 2-10 per neighbors highly rave review. Paid a year in full. NEVER received the gift card promised to me or them and have inquired many times. Their website is a complete JOKE, customer service a JOKE! Have only had to call them out once and that process was a total fiasco. Look elsewhere and shop!

    Review for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The contractors they employ are subpar, and their work has consistently been of poor quality. Despite multiple escalations, the escalation and management teams have been unresponsive and ineffective in addressing my concerns.I have experienced significant delays in the replacement and repair of appliances, even when these issues pose a harmful health risk and cause damage to my home. The lack of timely and effective resolutions is unacceptable and has left me frustrated and disappointed.I strongly advise against using 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty due to their unprofessionalism and inability to provide adequate service.

    They are very good and quick when you file a claim, but then the nightmare starts when they send a third party company to provide the service. And that third party company doesn't install essential parts that come with the furnace they installed and tell you that the part is not necessary (I did call ****** and they told me that it is essential to have it installed). ***** is a terrible customer service with them and tells you that in order to speak to a supervisor he needs 4 hours to be able to get a supervisor to call back. I never heard of that, usually companies have a supervisor that they can transfer the call to. May this serve as a warning for people thinking of signing up with them.

    I bought my house back in June and five months later the dishwasher blade broke down and I called them and talked to one of the customer service representatives and she said to me what the issue is and she told me you have to pay $100 upfront when the technician guy shows up in your door and whatever he diagnosed and needs to be repaired is my responsibility. Do not trust this company. This company is a scammer and a con artist. Buyer beware of this con artist company. And the customer I was talking to was rude and was trying to hang up when I said I have insurance but I canceled it but I told her to send me the email but she didnt send me the policy she sent me the request service submit which she did not have my permission which I did not request it instead of asking for the policy sending to my email. This agent has no knowledge and she asked me at the end of the call to do the survey. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend this company.
