    This was the most disorganized, unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. My experience was abysmal. We called them because our air conditioner was not working properly. The first contractor they set us up with could not come to the Home for ******************************************************************************** a quote for $2500 and never sent in the diagnosis. They had blocked the warranty company and was not accepting calls from them. Two days later the second Contractor was dispatched. He said that he did not perform that type of repair. Finally Contractor three is dispatched this is in July its hot! He sends in the diagnosis to the warranty company. Now this company does not immediately answer the phone every call takes you at least 30 minutes on hold, I had to do this with them on at least seven occasions to get this diagnosis on my air conditioner. After all of this pain and suffering they said they would not replace this small motor on my damper it was not covered. My husband fixed the problem himself it cost him $60 for the part and about an hour to install. I wish I had never wasted the money on this product. It is a total waste! Now for the icing on the cake, when they told me They would not be fixing my air conditioner I told them I would not be renewing my account and I expected a refund of the $100 service call. I checked my bank statement today and they had charged me $746.46 to renew my warranty. Once again I had to call and they shared with me that a email needed to be sent to cancel my warranty. This was never shared with me when I verbally canceled it. So now I get to wait 10 days for a refund for a product I canceled. Run!

    I would give them zero stars if I could. We had our air conditioning go out in April 2022. We called them and were placed on hold for hours at a time. They ordered the piece which took three weeks to come in only to find out they had ordered the wrong part. We called them again and they said they would order the correct part and it would take two weeks to get in. Three weeks later we called because the part was still not in to find out "they had forgotten" to order the part. We are now at the beginning of July 2022, and they order the part. It came in yesterday July 27. The ** company called to inform us that **** AGAIN had ordered the wrong part. We called **** AGAIN were on hold for three hours and were transferred to five different people. Their response was "oh sorry we must have fat-fingered it again". They said they would have to send the order request to the back office and approval could take 2-5 days. If they get the approval, they will order the part and it could take up to three weeks before the part would arrive.Because of their consistent mistakes, we have been living in our camper all summer because it is way too hot to sleep in the house and was costing us three times more on our electric **** to try and cool down our three-story house with window air conditions.This is the worst company ever. It is a waste of a homeowner's money to have them for a home warranty. They should be shut down as a fraudulent company. They are nothing but scammers!I will be filling out paperwork against them in small claim court. They have taken my money, cost me additional money, and have not provided the services their contact states I will receive.

    I'm just here tell customers please, use wisdom and read the reviews on this company. Their what we as the customers have experience. I had this company one to two years,after purchasing of a brand new home. We never imagine our breaker panel box going bad in that time frame. So this was the warranty company we purchased for security and comfort for our family. LGI homes advocate for them as well so,you would think everything's good. We were notify maybe within a week, that yes we cover the panel. But since it's a combo, we don't cover this because of how the policy is. This was hardship on my family,especially in the times we're living in. I can say God will provide, the electric company was moved with compassion. They had told us this is a dangerous suiation. They had never seen a warranty company not cover this issue. So we thank God, they are willing to work with us on getting this issue solved and taken care of. ********** do your homework, ask questions be detailed and get what their saying in writing. We don't want another homeowner to experience what we did,it's almost as if the house needed to catch fire in order to get help. But again God will proivide!!

    They are the worst company. Can't talk to a supervisor. They don't want to refund your money. And will not fix anything covered under warranty. I have been trying to get someone to help since March with repair of my air conditioner, now I just want a refund on monthly payments made.

    This is an absolute waste of money. I have been a customer for 3 years and I am dealing with the same issue on my air conditioning. Instead of fixing the actual problem of the leaking coolant, they are satisfied with simply refilling it. Now, after my repair man tells him that the whole system is shot, the company is sending him parts to patch up a **************************************** two. With the money I have paid to this company, I could have bought a new unit outright. And the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Save your money and do not deal with these swindlers.

    They will not fulfill their advertised warranty program. Our dishwasher tore up, filed for a repair and was sent a repair man and was told it could not be fixed. The warranty covered $500 for the dishwasher and after over a month I never hear anything from them unless I call and online still says no resolution. This company is horrible and does no do what they say. I decided to cancel and it is not even easy to cancel so I have blocked my credit card not to accep any more charges from them. Please advise for anyone not to deal with this company.*****************************

    Terrible!! Going on our third year with this company and wishing we would not have renewed this time. Had problems with our HVAC system, someone came out a couple of months ago and put freon in the downstairs unit. Having problems again now, and they made us file a whole new claim, for the same problem! Spent a week in a home that is 90 degrees, because they could not get a contractor out sooner. Went on vacation, now back in our 90 degree home for two more days until contractor finally comes! Husband has health problems. We also have children. This is terrible! Should not have to suffer like this for an issue that was not properly repaired the first time. Rude customer service reps as well. Will never renew again with this company!!

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM A REALTOR AND HAVE HAD COVERAGE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS OR MORE. NEVER USED IT. NEEDED TO MAKE A CLAIM BUT HAD TO ASK FOR CONFIRMATION OF COVERAGE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT CLEAR _ BEFORE I PAID THE '$100 SERVICE CALL PAYMENT. FIRST DAY, CALLED _ STAYED ON HOLD FOR 1 1/5 HOURS _ FINALLY JUST HUNG UP BECAUSE I HAD TO ACTUALLY WORK MY JOB. SECOND DAY, CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK. _ NO CALL. THIRD DAY, LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK _ NO CALL BACK. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER VENDOR TO GO AND FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE HOUSE HAS RENTERS IN IT AND THEY NEEDED IT FIX IN A TIMELY MANNER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Worse service ever! My claim was denied! My bathtub faucet was leaking and supposedly according to the customer claims department, the company they sent out reported that my system had been installed incorrectly. However, the service worker had informed me that he would be back, because I needed a replacement part. I called the service worker about an hour later, and he told me he was waiting on approval from 2 -10 home buyers warranty! I then called the warranty company about 2 hours later and was on hold for over an hour and thirty minutes. Just to be told that my claim was denied because the system had been put in incorrectly. The cost to replace it was $765.00 and I could pay it out of pocket. That was pure hogwash! I had did my research and I knew that the cartridge needed to be replaced. I called another plumber that came out the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the cartridge. No more leaking bathtub faucet! Its so sad that I am paying for a home warranty and I am paying out of my pocket for repairs. Lets not forget the $75 service fee that you pay automatically. I will not renew my home warranty. Completely disgusted, buyers beware.

    I am a 2-10 Home Buyers warranty customer from around a year now. we had an issue with hosebib in the backyard and we filed a claim on 5/16/2022. its been like two months now and still there is no proper resolution for the work order. I need to call and be on hold for more than one to two hours to just get connected to the call but again the customer service will route the call to claims **** which will never ***************** happened like this for couple of days and i lost hope. A week back claim **** person called and he said its approved and asked to check with vendor for the repair. I messaged/called vendor and they mentioned that there is Out of pocket expense of $450 to fix this issue. I did't understand what is been approved then?. I am totally lost now. I am paying around $32 every month and they have not covered one request that i raised. Poor customer service and very poor communication service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
