    XPO is attempting to collect on a shipment that we didn't setup. The shipment pro# is 681-242100, and the invoice number is 681-242100. The total amount of the invoice is $10,013.71.There are 2 problems with this: 1) we didn't set this shipment up. We did sign the Bill of Lading, but we did not set the shipment up. It was a broker that we use named Echo Logistics. XPO is attempting to collect from the wrong company. We do not have an account with XPO, and we do not ship with XPO. 2) The rate is a gouging rate. The regional person from XPO called and explained that it was a published rate and that negotiated rates are given to customers with accounts, which we don't have. I explained that we don't have an account and that we didn't set this up, but she refused to listen. I also explained that the rate is a gouging rate, and she, again, refused to listen.

    Purchased a washer and dryer from ****** on 7/13/2022. Items were delivered to XPO Logistics on 7/19/2022. XPO set a delivery date of 7/31/2022 and did not deliver the items on that date. No reason indicated. XPO rescheduled the delivery date to 8/6/2022. Received a notification from XPO Logistics that the items were delivered. They were not. Called on 8/8/2022 to determine status. Items were not delivered and the earliest delivery date is August 22nd. Unable to contact anyone local. Can only contact the call center for any help. ****** says they can only cancel the order and cannot do anything with XPO Logistics to get it resolved.
