    Do not use this shipper. Im about ready to cancel my ****** membership because of them, and have them come back to pick up the 600 lb package they left in the mud, on the side of the road near my 800 driveway. Driver was supposed to call when en route. He did not. He also didnt walk down the drive to get help backing his truck down the drive. He just left a $6000 whole-house backup generator sitting on the side of the road in the mud. Called XPO; we dont work on weekends. So I have no way of getting this to my house and get to wait for it to be stolen. This company *****.

    Terrible customer service! We finally drove 90 miles and picked up Amazon order ourselves! We found the local address and phone thru BBB website!

    Absolutely terrible do not use We are 0 out of 2 for delivery driver did not call 30 mins prior and did not wait the promised 15 mins terrible to get ahold of no communication. Do not use.
