      We used We Are the Movers to move all our belongings to *******. They did not do that and will not answer or return our calls.

      Hello
      I spoke with the customer and we figured out the issue and working on settle down. There was a misunderstanding. The customer trying to reach us, but he was calling the wrong number at the moment we in  the process of a claim ,customer have no issue with us and very glad that we called him.

      We used We are the movers to transport our belongings from ****** to *******. We were given a count of the number of pieces that were being transported. When we received our belongings, we had three boxes that did not belong to us. We were missing three boxes as well. We were told by the men that delivered our belongings to just throw the 3 boxes that were not ours away. We tried reaching out to **** at We are the movers about our missing boxes and discuss what to do about the boxes that belonged to someone else. He has not returned any of our many calls to discuss this unfortunate situation. We are the movers reached out in early November and sad they would take care of the missing items. The gave me a claim company the had me file a claim. % month later after numerous attempted contacts to the insurance company I received am email indicating their contract with We Are the Movers has terminated.

       I wanted to get you an update on my complaint.  We Are the Movers gave me an insurance called ASI to file a clam with.  We Are the Movers told me the claim would be lowballed and after the claim was completed, they would take care of any difference in the claim. The *** claim process took about 4 months.  *** said their claim process was finished and they were going to issue a check to me.  I did not know how much that would be.  I waited a couple weeks (late March) and sent an email to see what was going on. I emailed them a total of 5 times to find out ASI no longer represents We Are the Movers.  I went online and got We are the Movers phone and called them. I never received a call back.

       We are the movers did offer me a a settlement and I accepted it.
