      My move went great! The movers showed up early in the morning and got started right away. Everything went smoothly. All the appropriate items were wrapped up and protected. The guys still finished it the whole move pretty quickly. I would recommend them for moving.

      Where did those five-star reviews come from??? They must have been friends and family of the owner. My ***************in-law have had nothing but problems with this company.Their furniture was picked up on July 14th (it was supposed to be the 13th, but they apparently don't pick up on Saturdays--we found out when WE called asking where they were). My daughter drove to FL with my young grandson and arrived there on July 17th.We were told (again, only after we called and asked when it would arrive) that they wouldn't begin their drive to ** until we sent them a personal check for their balance, so we ******* it the next day. He didn't want it to go to the address we had, so we had to stop payment on the check and were out the overnight ***** fee, because he told my kids that AFTER the check was delivered there. My sister then took another one up to ****** and handed a check to him personally on July 19th (two days after my kids were in ** so far), which cleared the bank on July 24th. Several frustrated calls later, we finally got a definitive date that they would LEAVE ********. They finally decided to head to ******* on AUGUST 8th. Their furniture was supposed to be delivered on August 11thbut the driver got food poisoning and postponed it a day. When they finally arrived on August 12th, apparently the semi couldnt get into the apartment complex. They were then told that it would be another $600 so they could get a U-Haul to bring it into the complex. We paid it because the only alternative was that they would drop it in some sort of storage area and would have to get it there themselvesnot exactly something my daughter and her six-year-old son would be able to accomplish.They eventually got it unloaded, but then said they couldnt put the kids bed together because they hadnt dismantled it (We Are the Moversthe moving company who was paid, did dismantle it). My kids didnt know it was subcontracted to someone who was then going to charge more.

      1.about pick up day -it says on companys website that do not work on Saturdays also costumers getting always 2 day for pick day and back up day 

      2.about the payment you where spouse to have 50% of the balance on pick you failed to do that we gave you an option to pay the whole balance on delivery. Your son was the one who insist to send us a check to pay the whole balance. We did not require to pay the whole balance on pick up date.

      Sending the job for delivery have nothing to do with the payment because we always can collect it on delivery thats a False statement made by you 

      3. delivery time -we guaranteed delivery within 28 business days We explained that on the pick up day, you also signed that paperwork and put initial next to Statement where it says delivery within 28 business days from your first available delivery We not just deciding when we wanna send the job we waiting for our availability of the semis there are limited

      From the moment will load the job for delivery the driver was in touch with you and updated you about the delays. And being delayed by one day, its not that horrible considering the distance, considering other stops for that semi and considering the time log the drivers must comply These are DOT regulations

      4.$600 charge for shuttle service-

      We explained you on the pick up day

      About the extra charges may apply on delivery in case of stairs and shuttle serviced Thats a standard charge in every moving company. We ask On the pick up day, if you have an access for a semi on delivery, you stated that you do

      And we explained you what will happen if you dont Thats a standard charge in the Moving business

      5.kids bed -Not only we did not Took it apart these beds. They were also missing parts so we couldnt put it together.This was the driver told me when I spoke with

      Called at a very late notice to get some moving help, they were able to fit me in at the end of the day for a fair price! Worked well with me and my apartment complex with no issues. No items damaged, everything moved as requested. Good experience and honest company

      **** arrived with his team, **** and ******, at the time we had set. We went over the things and defined the amount of equipment we wanted to take and packed accordingly. The whole team was very helpful in reaching the volume we had decided to ship. Everyone worked thoroughly, professionally, quickly, courteously, and left our house clean. We really enjoyed working with this company and we highly recommend it! The packing experience was fun, with a good atmosphere. Thank you!!
