  Please do not use this company. I moved from ** to ** in Aug 2023. Right from the jump, they made me reschedule my pick up time because "their truck broke down". I was not told about this until I called them myself to ask. From Aug 2023 to Nov 2023, I had no idea where my stuff was. My dad suggested I start calling every week in order to get things moving on their end, and most weeks, I was told they had no idea when the stuff would get here. Eventually, I guess they just got sick of me and they finally told me, mere days in advance, that my stuff would be arriving. They were using a massive truck to transport my items, a truck that my parents and I learned was too big for most storage unit parking lots, no doubt to try and charge more for having to shuttle items back and forth. When they arrived, my boxes were broken, and the movers kept trying to give me someone else's property even though I told them again and again it was not mine. I fully never expected to see my stuff ever again. This was my first major move and this company made it as stressful as they possibly could.

  Why are we required to provide a start at all? Used them to move from Montana to Virginia. Took over 2 months to recieve my stuff was literally sleeping on an air mattress eating off plastic wear and using a camping chair as my only means of comfort. When I finally got my stuff boxes were smashed and over four thousand in damages or missing item. Would take me twenty minutes to get someone on the line calling till I hear the voice-mail then ha g up and call again. Tried for months the speak to the manager/ owner and would never get a call (******************************* *****). And I had even sent the police to the address to verify they were ligit. Turns out they are running it from their apartment!!!After filing the insurance claim they have failed to respond in the hundred and twenty day federally regulated timeline because when called they don't answer anyone. So I was able to contact their insurance company directly and file a claim through them (intact insurance specialties solutions) who has also had difficulty contacting them. So much so that they are now in the process of sending a certified letter to them.I have also called the police again to try to apply pressure on this company to do the right thing but don't think it will work. These are scam artists out to get your cash. I have been battling since my move in July and will continue to do so till they are shut down and can't do this to anyone else.

  Worst moving company ever! Lost over $ ****** they wont answer my calls false info for recovery of missing items !! Dont use this company. They lied about receipt of my money lied said employee took it but no police report was made! Its a miracle I got most of my household goods!

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I moved in July of 2023 and waited till Dec-23 to be told by a third party that my claim was on hold because Bentley was not responding to their request. I called no joke 10 plus times a day for three days in a row and left messages with no response. When I did speak to someone you could tell it was remote as you heard her baby in the background. She then disconnected my call and would not answer when I tried calling back. The delivery was awful as well, boxes shoved into the truck upside-down. Movers came with flip-flops on to empty truck and also dropped boxes and unloaded them upside-down as well. They have ZERO compassion with other items and clearly from other reviews don't plan on making good on their mistakes.

  WORST COMPANY EVER WE WERE PROMISED A FULL PICK UP FROM BROKER TO THIS PARTY TO PICK UP OF ALL OUR GOODS WHICH NEVER HAPPENED THEY CAME IN A 26 FOOT BOX TRUCK KNOWING WE HAD **** SQ.FT. WE WERE PROMISED A SEMI OR ANOTHER TRUCK THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN WHEN ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS PLAY THE RECORDING THEY HAVE AS EVERY CONVERSATION IS RECORDED STATING A SEMI OR ANOTHER TRUCK IS ON THE WAY.. THEY HELD OUR GOODS FOR 35 DAYS AND KEPT MOVING OUR GOODS FROM TRUCK TO TRUCK THEY STATED.. AS I BELIEVE THEY ONLY HAVE ONE TRUCK SAYING IT BROKE DOWN.. THEN STATED THEY DON'T HAVE A TRUCK THAT TRAVELS EAST SO WHY TAKE THE CONTRACT... WHY I'LL TELL YOU WHY THE MONEY THAT'S IT PERIOD.. THEN THEY CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY 3RD PARTY TO DELIVER OUR GOODS AND WHEN RECEIVED EVERY PIECE OF MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM ALL THE HANDLING OF OUR GOODS ALONG WITH 2 LARGE SCREEN EXPENSIVE TV'S.. BOXES MISSING 25 TO BE ON POINT AS WELL AS LADDER ETC.. SO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS PLEASE DO IT YOURSELF AND NEVER HIRE THIS BOGUS COMPANY.. EVER...

  This company is nothing but CON ARTIST! DONT EVER use this company! They dont follow up. Paperwork and bookkeeping is subpar. They call them selves a full service moving company. Then make you do their job. All they do is take your money which is gathered by unlawful fees. They do not tell you about. All they do is steal peoples money by getting you to sign a contract. Then force you into extra charges, hidden fees, by deliberately misleading you and ignoring you. Their service is substandard. You cant get anyone on the phone. They never call back. Use at your own risk!!!!

  Worst experience I have ever had!I was raped by Bentley moving and storage. Buyer beware!Bentley IS NOT a moving company. **** send your move to the cheapest and most unreliable company they can find. ** move was from **** to *********. Somehow, my belongings sat in *********** for 1 week. And then sat in storage for another five days in *********.** Reps for Bentley, **** and **** ghosted me for days. No help at all.The "moving" company they hired, tacked on more fees. Again no help ***** reps. ** so called $9,800.00 move ended up being $27,805.00 CASH. **** won't take CC, personal checks or cashier's checks. I had to pay it or they weren't going to deliver.Again, no return call, email or text from my Bentley ***************** is nothing but a scam.**** will nickel and dime you until you can't give anymore.Money that was to be used for water, electrical, and all the basic needs for a new move, went to the movers.Never again will I use this company. ** opinion is they are dishonest, despicable and they don't care at all about you after they get the initial deposit.I am very disappointed in the 2 reps. **** were very nice at first, but disappeared when the problems started.There are too many moving companies out there. DO NOT USE BENTLEY MOVING AND STORAGE! **** have caused me a lot of stress and grief. Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Just don't even consider these people.Am I bitter? H*** yes!But everything above is true.I can't say enough about how terrible this experience was.

  We apologize to hear you were unsatisfied with our services. The sales rep has recorded calls and texts of communication throughout your move so I am not sure why you feel like we were lacking communication. The cost is based on the space that was used on the truck and was explained to you before the crew began loading to assure you agreed to the increase in cost. If you disagreed to the increase, then we would of only loaded the original cubic footage given to keep the pricing at the original. Our form of payments are listed on our contract and cash or U.S Postal money order is the form of payment upon delivery. After reviewing the calls and texts, I don't believe we were dishonest with you.

  These guys came thru when another company ghosted me. Kept price the same and packed, loaded, and put back together so I could start my new job on time. They were very careful and protected all my items. Very happy, all around!!!

  I was referred to this company by my friend who used them for his work transfer. She was very happy with the services. My personal opinion this company is great I Had an amazing move Couldnt be happier with the whole experience! Thanks

  I would never, ever recommend this company. If anything, I would warn them against using Bentley moving. 1. We were told our movers would call 30 minutes before arrival. This did not happen. 2. I was repeatedly told that our belongings would come in up to 14 business days. However, our mileage actually put us in the 21 business day category. This shows that their employees do not understand the contract or who they are talking to. 3. It has been 40 days, and our belongings have not even left the state. We receive $30 a day now for late delivery, we seems so incredibly mediocre. To top it off, the person I talked to tried to tell me that we got paid $20 a day. Apparently this company can be over a month late and still get paid. 4. I have been misled numerous times. I have been told someone will call me back before the day ends, and that never happens. I have been given my hopes up by someone saying our stuff should be getting on a truck, and it never happens. We trusted this company to move all of our belongings, and at this point I have lost complete trust.

  We apologize to hear that you had issues during your move. We can not control the information given to the customers that hired a broker company and then sent to us to complete their move. Our contracts do state our delivery timeframes based on the miles and compensation if we exceed the delivery timeframe.
