    I had a great experience with Bentley Moving! Only reason I am giving a 4 star is because they gave me a time window of when to expect the drivers and they were an hour late but I get that things happen on the road. Other than that, the move went well, the crew was professional and wrapped everything very well. Will recommend

    We appreciate your feedback! We do ******* to provide a timeframe so we don't have our customers waiting long. But sometimes we have issues on the road that cause delays so we apologize for that! I'm glad everything went well afterwards!

    I was referred to this company by my friend who used them for his work transfer. He was very happy with the services as they were careful with all his belongings. I never used a moving company so I trusted him by his experience and I had a great move as well. I would recommend this company for everyone's move.

    I hired Bentley Moving directly because they are a carrier and not a broker. I was pleased with the sale rep ****** he explained everything to me and provided free packing on my TV and glass table. They delivered my items within the same week so that was nice. Overall great experience!

    Wow! Was told they would arrive between ****am. Called at noon, dispatcher said the truck had maintenance issues so it was two hours out. No call from them on the delay, took calling ten times to get ahold of anyone. Truck showed up at 3:30, movers did an ok job. Got to the destination point and then the price went up & it went from paying by cc to cash only! Talked to the *************** care one bit. Oh and by the way the driver confirmed there was no maintenance issue with the truck, they got another order and the manager told him to push my confirmed delivery back, once again no communication at all. Stay away!

    The timeframe that we provide customers for when we expect the driver to arrive is an estimated timeframe as there are factors on the road that are out of our control. We try our best to be at the timeframe given to the customer but in this case we had some issues occur. On our contract is does state our payment methods for delivery; which are cash or U.S postal money order. We apologize that the services that were provided did not meet this customer's expectations.
