    1. I made a booking for car parking on 3/9/2025 as per details below Check-in: 5/16/2025 Check-out on 5/20/2025 2. I made a cancellation on their website on/around 4/25 and received an online acknowledgement.3. The refund has not been issued till this date.4. Upon contacting them on **************, they say, they have issues with their IT services, hence they are not able to access the booking or issue a refund (no ETA).5. I contacted them via their email ******************************** on 6/3/2025, which was never answered.

    I had a reservation from May 24 to May 31 at 6:00 PM. My flight was canceled at 10:00 PM due to inclement weather, even though it was originally scheduled to depart at 11:00 PM.The next day, I called Park Dia to cancel my parking reservation and request a full refundeither back to my bank account or as credit for future use. I was informed that reservations must be canceled at least two hours before the scheduled time. I responded, How could I possibly have known this would happen? The Park Dia operator told me there was nothing they could do, as this was their policy.

    I cancelled a reservation on 4/22/25 and received an email that I would get a refund within 10(!) business days. I have emailed twice and called twice. I am repeatedly told that the business does not have access to their IT system and will list out refunds to occur at some future date when they can access the system. I am seeking the refund.

    Park Dia changed ownership and in the process changed the way you earned Loyalty Rewards. On their previous system I had earned nine free days. When new ownership took over there was no new information explained about how they would be calculating loyalty/free days. They have a new system of earning points that would give you a discount. However, the points that what I was arbitrarily assigned in their new program does not equate to nine free days. I get six free days. Understandably, their rates changed, but the discount is can now earn means i am missing out on nearly $45 of parking. As a loyal customer that parks my car at their lot 50% of the time, I'm disappointed that they will not resolve this. I simply asked that I get points that would allow me to pay for 9 free days and they would not call me back or provide those points.

    I called to cancel a reservation on 10/4. The reservation was scheduled for 10/7. The website claimed that full refunds were given when it was booked. I have been trying to get a refund through customer service for a month now. Calling customer service they tell you to email, and the email they tell you to email does not respond.

    Made a reservation on 11/27/23 for heavy travel season arriving 12/25/23 through 1/1/24. I paid for covered parking and the reservation was charged in advance. Received an email on 12/24 that they are cancelling my reservation due to being full and extended reservations. Upon calling was told there was a computer glitch causing the issue. While the original charge was refunded, very little alternate parking was available. I fortunately found parking for a $30.80 difference than paid to ParkDIA (also uncovered vs covered). Was told I would receive 3 free days but still havent been refunded the one covered day used in my original week long reservation. I am requesting payment credit to me for the difference in parking charge and a return of my covered day and the promised 3 uncovered day credit.. and an explanation of how this problem will be prevented in the future.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a refund of the covered parking day I also used for the original reservation you cancelled. I am requesting an additional refund of $27.80 for the difference I paid in the parking I had to scramble to find last minute after you cancelled my original pre-paid reservation. This is on top of the $59.40 you refunded.

                We have offered the customer his refund plus additional points to his account. We can offer the remaining difference in points but will not provide a refund on money not collected. The customer was provided with more than 24 hours' notice of the cancellation.

    I purchased a ParkDIA CR code for uncovered parking when I picked up my car the *** parking lot attendant would not honor it.

    I have a reservation with ParkDIA that I made on 8/3/2022 for parking starting on 5/12/2023. I've been trying to cancel this reservation for over 2 weeks without success/refund. when I try to cancel the reservation online or through the app I get 'Bad request: Error canceling reservation: The referenced transaction does not meet the criteria for issuing a credit'. I sent an email on this issue on 3/2/2023 and never received a response. I've tried calling 3 times to resolve this issue without success. On 3/9 representative told me they would cancel the reservation within the next 24 hours. On 3/13 I was told the issue would be escalated to management the next day. On 3/15/2023 I was told the issue would be escalated to IT. In all cases the company never responded past the conversation I had on the call. With the reservation still 2 months out, getting a refund should not be this difficult and I should have at least heard some type of response from the inquiries. I would appreciate a refund for the $102.96 I gave the company for a reservation I will not be using. The reservation is under the provided email address.

    On 12/25/2022, I purchased a Groupon for three days of uncovered parking at the Denver International Airport location (25200 East 68th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80019). Screenshots are attached.

    The attendant upon our arrival at 4:15am on Sunday, January 1st, informed us that we would not be redeeming our Groupon until we left the parking lot; however, we were unable to do so two days later.

    At approximately 11pm on Monday, January 3rd, not only was our Groupon not accepted, but the cashier on duty was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I pulled up with my parking ticket and my Groupon barcode, she said, "We don't take Groupon." Confused, I stated that the Groupon didn't expire until June 23, 2023. Again, her response was, "We don't take Groupon. $39." I said I already pre-paid to avoid that price and asked who I should talk to about the Groupon. Once again, she said, "We don't take Groupon and we haven't for, like, years."

    I asked if she could scan the barcode just to check and as she went to grab my phone, I asked if she had to scan my parking ticket first. She really didn't like me questioning her, but did end up scanning my ticket and my phone. Without looking at the computer, she responded, "It says it's unreadable."

    At this point, the line of cars behind us was quickly growing and my husband and I were starting to get unnerved. He grabbed some cash out of his wallet and she quickly let us know that they don't accept cash. I was so taken aback by this woman's attitude and lack of customer service skills. As much as I hated to do it, I asked for her name and who I could talk to at Park N Fly. She refused to give me her name and followed it with, "I don't work for Park N Fly, I work for Park DIA." Then she called me rude.

    We ended up double paying for three days of parking.

    I have attempted to contact this business directly and have gotten no response. I would like a refund.

    ******* was contacted through a ParkN'Fly customer service agent. She was told she need to follow -up with Groupon  to receive the credit. We have not worked with Groupon for a couple of years. ******* made this mistake and Groupon needs to refund the guest for the voucher.
