    Planning ahead for our Christmas vacation, we made a reservation on November 5th for a covered parking place at Park DIA. Today, the morning before we are to leave, I got an email from them saying they cancelled our reservation because their lot was full. I HAD A RESERVATION MORE THAN A MONTH in advance! There a NO parking lots available at the airport and we are scrambling trying to figure out how to get to the airport on time. They said "We've added 3 free days worth of points to your Parkdia account" but how does that help me now, and how can I prevent this type of short notice cancellation when I made the effort to make a reservation well in advance?

    I've been trying to get a refund from this company for 3 weeks now. My reservation is still 8 weeks out and I've tried the email address and called the support number 3 times without success. When I try to cancel in the app I get "Bad request: Error canceling reservation: The referenced transaction does not meet the criteria for issuing a credit". When I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint I got back: 'BBB regrets to inform you that the mail we sent to the business was returned as UNDELIVERABLE or they are no longer in business.' I would avoid using this company for parking as airlines can change your flights at any time but ParkDIA may not let you change your reservation.
