  Done Plumbing helped me in an emergency when the first plumbing company I called could not send a technician within a day due to a holiday weekend. I chose Done because of their 24-hour availability. Both the staff person who took my call and the technician (*******) who fixed my problem were courteous, informative, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the timeliness of the response, the result and price of the service, and the suggestions for handling similar situations in the future.

  Done! was great! They squeezed us into their schedule due to a cancellation. ******* was a really good technician, very friendly and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone!

  Done has completed two jobs for me in the past two months. Both plumbers (***** and ****) completed the work with quality in mind. The communication was excellent.The switch from my gas water heater to an on demand system was expensive but now the fear of the 10 yr old water heater leaking and flooding or the pilot light going out is not a concern.Both plumbers were extremely well-versed in the product they were handling. Both men were courteous and professional.The small flooding in my laundry room might have been caused by the new water line that the city had put in last year. The line is coming up from a hole that was dug in my basement floor. **** thoughtfully assessed the problem as a line from the kitchen coming down to the laundry. It was partially clogged. He fixed it.I will be using them again. I will no longer look for a good deal from a neighborhood plumber who works alone and has no company that stands behind the work. I have had too many poorly completed jobs. I am pleased with Done.

  1/16/23 11:03; called/spoke with ******** - explained my situation during the pandemic & asked if they would come fix the leak in my shower which they charged around $400 to caulk around the shower back in 2022; but they did not remove silicone caulk before applying new caulk so the leak became worse. ******** "due to my situation she would connect me with the manager who would return my call within ***** hrs." I called several times for follow up - Dates: 1/16/23 12:49 & 1/16/23 12:56 & 1/16/23 12:57 & 1/18/23 12:05 & 1/26/23 12:07 & 1/27/23 12:38 & 1/28/23 11:52; I thought this was covered under their workmanship guarantee & asked about that along with explaining the context of the situation again to both ************* Again asking Considering the situation, is it unreasonable for me to ask Done Plumbing to please come fix the problem/re-caulk as a commitment to your core values? As of the current date Ive never received a response specifically addressing the technicians poor workmanship. Overall: the workmanship they provided is comparable to a handyman not a professional. The laundry faucet they replaced looks more a mess than it did before, & the shower tub has been leaking worse than after they left. They charged $4,000 to do the work! The reason you were contracting to do the work is because you state in your guarantee we will fix your problem or there is no ************* companies dont guarantee when theyll get there or if theyll solve the problem. Not Done Plumbing & Heating. One call to us and youre guaranteed. However, thats not the case and if your service and work is just like everyone else with no guarantee then why should anyone pay your higher cost? Lastly, not only do you fail at honoring your guarantee but its laughable that you believe you stand by your core values of exceptional service, unquestionable integrity, people-first philosophy & a commitment to community. When clearly you are not standing by those values. Talk is cheap!

  This work was completed at no charge to this individual on behalf of a charitable organization and none of the charges listed are near accurate. The work was completed nearly a year ago and well past the parts and labor warranty given at the time work was completed. When the tub was caulked, it was noted and documented that the shower pan was installed incorrectly by another contractor and when weight was put on the pan is sags. For correct repair if the caulking didn't fix the leaking issue long term, it would be necessary to remove the shower pan and reinstall with proper support at an additional charge (not covered by the charitable work completed). This was explained to this individual on multiple occasions by phone. Repeatedly this individual wanted this work done for free and we repeatedly let them know that this falls outside the expired warranty and was noted as additional work at the time of the original service. They also filed a complaint with the BBB which was denied due to details of the complaint being inaccurate. Ultimately, this person wants more work completed for free in addition to the charitable work done at no charge nearly a year ago.

  Assigned task was accomplished at scheduled time. ****** was courteous, friendly, informative and skilled at performing his work. Its nice to find a plumbing and heating company I feel I can trust and recommend.

  Thank you for sending us your repairman quickly in snow yesterday. ****** accomplished the repair to the leaking shower faucet which could not be stopped from leaking for two days and was getting the floor wet. We have always been grateful for the professional help of your company.
