5 starsDone Plumbing & Heating was friendly and came at the agreed upon time. The technician was very knowledgeable and skillful in figuring out where our line was clogged and quickly unclogging it. Moreover, he alerted us to an underlying problem which had resulted in the clog and gave us counsel as to next steps we can take. I was thoroughly pleased with Done Plumbing & Heating and especially the excellent service given to us by their technician.Review fromR. P

5 starsWe've used Done Plumbing for years. Why? A human promptly answers the phone and schedules the appointment efficiently. The tech almost always arrives at the front end of the 2-hour appointment window. Today it was Roscoe ** pleasant, professional, thorough. We'll continue to use the company.Review fromTom F

I had a appt for my furnace to be clean for winter on 11/8/22. My appt was for 11 but they call and came earlier which was nice. They did a good job told me what they did and that everything was in good shape. Very nice and polite.
