1 starNo show for appointment and no call. When i called them they said female answered phone and said she did not make an appointment. They never even verified who they were talking to. I updated all my information when i made the appointment Too much for them to handle i guess! Offered me another appointment with $25 off. Big deal in todays economy. What a joke! Then 5 days later i get a text and phone call that technician is on his way. I asked what adress they were sending him to. Not even my address or my name. Yet they had my phone number and email on someone elses account. Then when i responded they chose to be argumentative that they were right and i was wrong! Cant even do their job! Will NEVER use them again even if they were the last plumber around!!!Review fromGlenn O

I am not easily impressed, but today I was amazed. I have been using Done Plumbing for many years and have always been totally satisfied. Today I had to have a new water heater. ************************* was my tech. If anyone has ever deserved more than five stars, it's *****. He is a major plus for Done. So professional, friendly and hard working, definately above and beyond. In the future, I will request *****. Thank you Done and ***** for such a pleasant experience.

We had a small leak at one of the shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Our technician, *******, arrived quickly and quoted several options; he recommended all the 25-year-old corroding copper lines be replaced along with the valves. (The dishwasher line proved to be an especially tricky maneuver.) The faucet, also 25 yrs old, was corroding, so we had that replaced also. Although the price was far more than we had expected, we are confident that the work was done professionally. We appreciate *******'s work and professionalism. He gave us a quote on another job and emailed that and our receipt from our kitchen before leaving - would be happy to have him back when needed. Scheduler and Dispatcher were very helpful and professional also. Thanks to all for a smooth service call.Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

I had *************************** repair my gas line in my house. He did an excellent job and was very helpful of getting the problem repaired. He also checked everything and reset my water heater that had be turned off by Xcell. I'm very happy with the service and think your company should consider him an asset to your company.Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

At this time we discovered absolutely trusted and professional service run of ***********************. Happy to hear that this company appears to operate in a very similar manner as us in CO! No one enjoys having something like the water heater go bad, but Done! made it a lot easier. Friendly on the phone, fast to set my appointment and dispatched a technician the next available appointment. They did not disappoint. ***** was amazing. He answered all my questions, was quick and clean on the install. He gave me a walkthrough, explained the work he did and what to expect. ***** and Done are highly recommended!Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Sunday night I found water from my kitchen sink had flooded the cabinet below. I called Done Plumbing the next morning and within 90 minutes of calling, I had technician *********************** at my front door. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and I very quickly had a new garbage disposal installed. Not only did he solve that problem, but fixed the water pressure in my faucet, and talked me through an issue I have had with my sewer line ever since I bought the house. I have never been so impressed with a service provider. I have a Done Plumbing magnet on my fridge and in the future if I have any plumbing needs, I know exactly who to call!Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric
