      Company tried to open my security gate to my front door, constantly banged on windows and doors. Rang the door bell like a child. I am currently undergoing recovery from surgery and my children were home terrified that this company was trying to break into our home. This is unacceptable and could possibly be a dangerous situation if the door had been unlocked and this individual let themselves in.

      Would not recommend making a one time payment for anyone they save your card information and will process payments on your card with NO permission. Then give you a hard time when you reach out in regards to why they saved your information to that person account. Would give ZERO stars but can't

      My daughter rented a washer from the store in **********, **....the washer started leaking out of the bottom and it ruined the kitchen floor... Mind you she is renting this house, so she contacted her landlord and he tryed to contact the manager and he was told that the manager was on vacation for a week.. so he waited the week and contacted them back ..now he has covid... My daughter is still living in a place with no kitchen floor because Arona doesn't want to step up and fix what they ****** up .. PERIOD

      ******** ** business im payed up to date on this threatening to take bed away cause I gave them a bad review. Had agreement for product for once a month i have the papers tryed taking money from me every 2 weeks called them all they do is threatening to take away so they kept trying to take money and it was even on the agreement the female manager needs to be fired and I want apology o yeah she told me cause I was late last month they are coming to take it

      Arona Home Essentials has helped me substantially afford new furniture for my household. They helped me keep my monthly payments low and still get the furniture I need. I know I'm paying a little more getting furniture this way but I'm ok with it because the customer service was exceptional and the service was great, and the monthly payments are perfect.
