    I purchased a Fitspresso product on April 4, 2025. After trying the product with no discernible effect, I initiated a return, which was accepted by ************, the seller. A return of the purchase amount was promised. At the time of the purchase the credit card I used was compromised and cancelled. After Buygoods was unable to process a return to the original card, the issuing bank, ******************, advised, through me, for the merchant to process the return as either a credit voucher or a clearing transaction. However, ******** continued attempts to return the funds to the original (now cancelled) credit card, even going so far as to debit a negative amount.Since they seemed to be unable to process a refund per the banks instructions, I have requested either a check or ****** payment.After repeatedly telling me they would process the refund, they have now stopped responding.

    I ordered Fitspresso on October *******. Order # 6LWZ01R66P for ******. I was called daily by a person from the coaching **** I finally answered, and she talked me into purchasing metamorphix and bedtime burn because she said those would accelerate my weight loss journey. She wanted to sell me those products to complete the program that was 16 months long for an additional one time charge of $1845 I agreed to purchase half of that for $799. Order # ***B0E88964 That was October 21, 2024 the products arrived and I started taking them. They didnt seem to be working, I called and they talked me into taking them until March because I had a full 180 days to get a refund. I did that. I then sent all unused bottles back on March 29 via **** priority mail tracking # **********************. I called after that and got customer service. The lady refunded me $234 for my first order of just fitspresso on April 10, 2025, however, I was not refunded for the other products that I sent back. After numerous calls and unanswered emails someone in the coaching department said that was not their job to do this and that I did not send back all bottles even the empty ones, but that was not told to me in the beginning, but they refunded me $282 on May 8, 2025 that was $517 short of the $799 that I spent. I was promised a full refund and that is what I am looking to get because the products did not work when I get that $517. I will be happy and my issue will be resolved.

    I ordered Fitspresso, Bedtime Burn and Biofit in October of 2024. They are money back guaranteed. They didn't work. I called customer service and was told how to return them. I returned them January 31, 2025. I received a refund for Fitspresso (on ******) but not the other 2 which were $855 each. I paid with my **** card for the Biofit and Bedtime Burn. I have called and emailed but have not gotten my refund. At first they said it took longer on ****. Then they said they were converting to a new system. Now I don't get any response and the phone rings and then hangs up.

    Purchased Fitspresso on 2/13/25 On website and in return policy it states there is a 180 day money back guarantee if you wish for any reason. When I called to return product they stated the policy changed on 1/30/25 However to date 5/9/25 on their website site it states 180 days! They will not refund nor accept their product back and told me to file a dispute with my bank! Its fraudulent

    I purchased this product with a 180 day money back guarantee. I called the *************** and they said they can only honor a 60 day. When I try to call fitspresso, it rings and rings for over 10 minutes, they kicks you to voicemail.

    Order Date 3/112025, I ordered this product (6455-METABLND-103 FitSpresso - qty 7b) believing it may help my wife lose a little weight. Once I ordered the product, I started getting Emails I realized that this product and the coaching provided attempt to alter the hormone levels. Doing a little research on my wife's Thyroid condition I realized that this sort of product is not a wise choice. It has taken her over two years to get her meds right and her metabolism right. Realizing this, (even before the shipment was received) I immediately attempted to contact the business by email four times and attempted to contact their customer service by phone twice. No response at all. I still have the unopened package and wish to return it since is not considered a wise or safe option for my wife. I'd be OK with paying for retuurn shipping or even paying a restocking charge. I just can't afford to lose the $248.04. They offer a money back gaurantee but it seems to be impossible to reach them.

    Fitspresso posted a video on FB with celebrities (***** *********) raving about the product and backing the results. Well, after one month, it does not work. I feel the video was not really ***** *********, and this company is a total fraud. It has cost me $234.00. Please stop this company from taking advantage of people who are vulnerable.

    I called a month into using the Fitspresso pills and was told just keep using them that I had 6 months to use them. November 12th was the deadline. I didn't use the rest of the bottles and returned all but one UNOPENED! I was assured of a refund if I got the return in time. They acknowledged the receipt when I spoke with them this week. Now they are saying they can't return the money because ****** won't accept the return. But they knew this when they told me to wait the 6 months!! Now they have my money AND the products that they can resell. I want my money back but they are making excuses that it's ******'s fault but all they have to do it SEND the $377 to my ****** and not use the refund IN ******!Please help. $377 is a LOT of money for me.

    On June 30th 2024 I ordered the Fitspesso weight loss product (company is Buygoods) that quarantined weight loss and even purchased their upsell of more product due to the promise in the advertisement that I could "USE" the product "everyday" for a "Full six months" and down further on the page stated "180 days" and if unhappy I could get a full refund and they would even buy me another weight loss product of my choice. It was this promise that convinced me to buy the product and to give it a full try. I made several calls and emails to the company and am being refused a refund. One gentleman told me that the policy specifically states 180 days from purchase. I had him send me a copy of that policy and it was dated 2021. The advertisement is dated 2024 ( I have a screen shot of the guarantee that I took when I ordered it; and it states "try for a full 180 days" not 180 days from order date. ( I just checked again and the web site still states "TRY for a full 180 days.) I expect and so would most people it to go by the2024 published date stated in the advertisement on ************************. My order was for 6 bottles at $234 and the upsell for an additional $171 paid from ****** and I would like the full refund as advertised.
