    I purchased a product with a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.The product did not do as described in the advertisement. I followed the 180 day trial and returned it before the deadline for the refund. Now the company is claiming they did not receive it before the deadline.

    The date I ordered Fitspresso was October 12, 2024. I paid $247.00 to this company but did not receive any product. I have asked my credit card provider (Discover) for help and ********** for a refund but both companies could not help me. At this time I would just like a refund.

    Website is so confusing that you dont know that you actually ordered. Very slick sales pitch and fast moving windows that you really cant get clear picture.I emailed customer service immediately and they didnt respond for 2 days telling me that the product had already shipped.

    On 4/23/2024 I ordered 6 bottles of Fitspresso from their company. This total was $250.10 with a 180 day money back guarantee. I was then offered an additional 9 more bottles for $182.76 and a 100% money back guarantee with no time limit on the time period for the refund. They stated that even if I used up all of my bottles (all 15 of them) and still was not satisfied I would receive a 100% refund. I emailed the company on November 20th stating that I had not lost anything and would like my full refund. They emailed in response that I missed the 180 day money back guarantee time period and was not eligible for a refund. I have emailed them back twice and called twice to explain that I had received an offer that did not have a time limit on the 100% money back guarantee. They have not responded back to me.

    I have written them numerous times about how to have my money refunded as I had disputed the charge but they still sent the merchandise. I then contacted them by phone and they told me where to return the merchandise which I did promptly - they havent in their hand since 10/1 and each time I write an email they dont do anything about it Calling them is impossible because its always busy but when I called about returning the merchandise it was a prompt answer. I think they have blocked my phone number do I can no longer call. This was a 100% guarantee or your money and I have received nothing on the emails. All I need to do is have them send me two emails for each claim and I must fax them to my Discover card which I explained in detail several times and still NOTHING. I appreciate any help you can give me with this matter. Thank you kindly

    30th January, 2024. I purchased 3 bottles of Fitspresso and upgraded to additional 9 bottles with this original order. The product didn't work for me. I returned 9 upgraded bottles late October on the advise of Emman Calegula, a customer service **** who assured me in writing by email the 9 bottles were under a lifetime guarantee. I have since been told by Fitspresso that they cannot issue the refund for the 9 bottles, because the 3 bottles had passed the 180 day money back guarantee. They say it is a system error, and also said because I paid by ******, they cannot issued the refund. They told me to call my bank and ****** for a chargeback, both my bank and ****** said it is the responsibility of the seller to issue the refund. I just heard today by email that my request was escalated, but still denied due to paying by ******. I suggested a check or prepaid **** card being mailed to me for the amount of the refund, they said they cannot do that. So they have my returned goods and are withholding my refund.

    I purchased their product in March 2024. I initially wanted 6 bottles because of the 180 day 100% guarantee. At the time of check out, they had a special going that if you purchased 9 more bottles (due to shortage issues) they would extend the 100% guarantee to be unlimited. I added the 9 bottles because they told me I would be protected for an unlimited time of using the product. I felt protected and felt there was zero risk. I didn't lose any weight and when I asked for a refund they denied me. I asked for a refund 4 days past the 180 days of receiving the product. They are committing fraud. First they never said it was 180 days from the time of purchase, which is a moot point since I purchased the extra 9 bottles for the extended refund guarantee. They are liars and fraudsters. I bought 6 bottles plus the extra 9 bottles that was guaranteed a 100% refund if not satisfied. I didn't lose any weight and now I'm having extreme stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. It has been going on for a month now. I think they may have possibly poisoned me. I don't know what is wrong with me. All I want is my money back to go toward doctors to figure out what is wrong with my stomach.

    I purchased this product to help lose weight. I even purchased all of the additional products the coach said I needed to be successful. After 3 weeks of using the products as instructed, I fount that I didnt lose any weight. In fact, I gained 10 pounds. They stated that they had a no questions asked refund. When I contacted them to request a refund, I was told that I needed to stay on the product for 90 days to start seeing a result. That is not what their claim was when they convinced me to purchase their product. I am also finding that there no questions asked refund isnt available unless you stay on the product for 90 to 120 days.

    Never finished my order online, didnt know the order finished until I received a package with 15 Fitspresso and 6 sugar defense. No invoice so I was surprised to learn the charges exceeded $800 as Im on a limited disability income. So the charges caused me to have some *** checks returned. I returned the 9 bottles of Fitspresso and the 6 bottles of sugar balance. I was reimbursed nearly $300 for the returned Fitspresso. But when I called and said that Id also returned the sugar balance. For months I was told they had no record of the returned sugar balance. I was scammed and *********** told me their policy was that they close the account and I had to take my business elsewhere. I continued to call and was told that they only can send refunds to the account/card the items were purchased with. In June the company tried to send a refund for the sugar balance. It was denied because the account was closed. I returned the six bottles (empty) of Fitspresso in July. I didnt have the results I wanted. They had a 6 month money back guarantee or money back. All items were returned within the allotted time for a refund. Ive called and argued with the phone operator about sending a check with an invoice. So I can ensure I get a full refund. I believe Im owed an additional $500 at least.
