    I bought window cleaning from Slide and Glide through Groupon in June of 2022. Scheduled the cleaning in July and added a few more windows, called the office with my credit card and paid $36 more. In August I received a $360 charge on that same card. I have left several messages, Slide and Glide does not answer their phone and will not return my calls. Disputed the charges on my credit card, Slide and Glide has had over a month to remove the charges but they still remain.Unbelievable!!!!!! I consider this fraud since they kept my credit card on file so they could charge again a month later.

    Our Groupon was for $111 yet Slide and Glide charged us $1111. After several apologies from the owner and multiple promises to refund us, we have not yet been reimbursed. This has been going on for well over a month. I really wanted to give this company a good review - they did a good job - but am flabbergasted by their shady business practices. They will not be in business long at this rate.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Thieves! Found them on Groupon, and I had them come out to clean my windows, which they charged $425.50 to do. Since then, they have charged my credit card 6 times, unauthorized, and totaling $5,300. I have reached out over a dozen times, zero responses. I sent emails, which I did get a response back and they said they would refund my card. Weeks have gone by..no refunds issued, and they have stopped responding to my emails.
