  We had Residential Concrete Works come out in August of 2024 to pour a concrete patio in our backyard. Within a week, we had to contact them to come out for a crack. Then, in June of 2025, we contacted them as it hasn't even been a year since we had it installed and our concrete is in terrible condition. We have cracks, and the end job was so uneven. It was rushed. This is a company that cares about quantity of jobs versus quality. They came out to "fix" the concrete with a Gatorade bottle of concrete mix and just patched cracks and its a completely different color and just overall looks terrible. We are very sad we paid so much money to this company as the quality of work is subpar. We are now contacting other companies to fix it and/or just tearing it out and replacing it with another company work because of how un-anesthetically pleasing it is to go out there and look at it.

  They got the job done quickly, but they left quite a mess! There was concrete splattered all over the fence and on the side of my house. A little splatter near the ground might be expected but there was splatter so high (above 6 feet) that I could hardly reach it. I cleaned and scrubbed the fence the next day and got most of the hardened splatter off. I have cleaned and scrubbed the siding on the house 3 times and it still looks dirty. My house was just painted a couple months ago. I think I'm going to have to repaint the siding for it to look good again. They also did not come back the next day to remove the remaining concrete forms, so I had to do that too!. I'm in my 60's and I have leukemia. I wasn't expecting to have to do this much work cleaning up the mess they made. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Lino and Residential Concrete positively resolved all of my issues back in October of 2024. I previously wrote an updated 5 star review on 10/23/24 but I don't see it posted on the BBB reviews so I'm adding another review now to ensure that this business receives my 5 star review. I will gladly refer Lino and his company to anyone looking for concrete work.

  The crew did an excellent job in putting in a new driveway, sidewalk and porch. They came a day early, finished the same day. They still need to come back and resurface the old part of the front porch. Even though the weather was not ideal they was able to finish the work with it raining off and on. We still need to verify all the sprinklers still work and positioned correctly. But overall we are pleased with the work they have done so far. The reason for the 4 star rating is because they need to finish the existing porch.

  Unfortunately this company has been a huge disappointment. No concern for the customer not showing up when stated, not communicating unless chased down, disregard for property (sprinkler systems, trees, mess). **** has an excuse for every situation brought up, and does NOT like being confronted on his poor work or his subs poor work. Avoid this company unless you want a bunch of stress!

  Thankfully **** and his team came to fix the problems we had with their work. They straightened the side of our patio and worked on our walls and stairs. Were grateful they made things right for **.

  Had them install a stamped patio. So far it looks good, but they did not replace the steps from the sliding glass door to the patio itself. Once I agreed to the estimate, there was almost no communication unless I reached out to them. I never knew if they were coming or when. They spilled concrete in several areas of our landscaping, left tools and debris behind, and threw trash from their snacks into our bushes. The price was right, but overall we were disappointed.

  We hired this company to install a sidewalk, add to the driveway and fill in a patio. They did a very messy job for which I had them come back to try and clean. Instead they power washed the siding and damaged it. The patio itself is very uneven and tilted. The driveway and sidewalk had cracks almost immediately. **** and I agreed it was bad and he offered me a small refund of $800. I contacted him several times but he never gave it to me. Beware of this company. Somehow good reviews here but terrible reviews on Yelp.

  Had my *** and downs they did a lot of work around the house. They did a quick and good job on the concrete. Had some isssues that the owner fixed and made sure it was good

  Residential Concrete Works are very efficient , perfect, professional and clean with their concrete works. I used them in 2019 and their concrete are still looking good. This year 2023 they did my driveway, back porch and front porch. The finished work is very elegant and amazingly beautiful. I will recommend them (company) to anyone after negotiating with them today and theyll finish the job the next day within a matter of 2 to 3 hours their work is well done. ****** *********.

  I had my circular stamped concrete Patio done from this company. They were amazing & did an awesome job. Their job was very detailed & my new patio looks amazing. They came on time without any follow up to do the concrete work & pressure wash & apply sealant. I would recommend them for any type of concrete work. Thank you for all the hard work.
