      I purchased one of their PRS Lite Stocks from Lanbos Armory, when I finally put the stock on I noticed it moved forward and back and it shouldn't. I contacted Magpul, ~12/7/2022, and they informed me that my buffer tube(aero precision enhanced) wasn't true mil-spec to fit the stock correctly. They told me to purchase a new buffer tube that was mil-spec, note that they did not give any recommendations on brands just that it needed to be mil-spec. I purchased a mil-spec buffer tube from Damage Industries in a kit($41.95). The buffer tube is listed as "Mil-Spec receiver extension (6 position) **** aluminum, Hardcoat Anodized". I put the buffer tube on and the stock has the exact same issue of moving forward and back. I then took the stock and attempted it to put it on my other AR rifle that has a standard mil-spec buffer tube and it has the same issue. So not 1 but 2 mil-spec buffer tubes did not work with the stock they advertise as working with mil-spec buffer tubes.I then attempted to contact magpul again(12/13/2022), first by responding to the ******** that that sent me the message about needing to buy a new buffer tube. I received no response. I then submitted an inquiry using their website form and no response. I submitted new forms every week or two and still no response. Their form does not send a receipt, so I can't prove how many times or the dates that I sent in forms, but it was at least 4 forms. My offer was for them to send me their brand buffer tube, I found out they make after the fact, and I would send them my buffer tube. I am willing to work with them to resolve this, I just want a rock solid stock.The product on their website is advertised as "Compatibility: Mil-Spec USGI carbine/SR25 collapsible/A5 extension tubes" USGI Mil-spec or colt mil-spec is not something *****% of buffer/extension tubes are advertised as. They are usually only advertised as mil-spec.They also advertise "100% SATISFACTION guaranteed", which clearly isn't the case
