      Tried to return an order which I got a year ago for $980 refund back to original payment method. They claim that "our bank doesn't allow refunds past 30 days" and offered store credit instead (which is probably not true). I pleaded to get a refund via check and never received a response. I decided to send back the order and they sent a new email saying here is your refund for $980 store credit and to call them (i guess to claim it). I asked again can I just have a refund via check and sent multiple emails to no response again and seem to just be ignoring my emails now. Never buy from magpul customer service is limited and you will most likely be stuck with whatever you purchased if past the return period in store credit.

      Horrible Company .They don't honor manufacturing defects , won't respond to warranty attempts **************** , stay away from any of their products if you can .
