    I purchased a car seat cover set on 02/25/2024 from this company. They advertised 3 year warranty for the product. I noticed the seat covers were releasing a white dust. I contacted the company on 04/28/2025 and explaining the issue but they just recommended to buy a new set of seat covers. I chatted and emailed them and they stated the purchase was made last year and was out of their after sales support period. They also said the 3 year warranty applies to items that arrive defective or damaged upon receipt, which make no sense. If the item arrive defective why offer 2 or 3 year warranty? The product is clearly faulty. the dust the product is releasing is affecting my health. I suffer from multiple health conditions including asthma and bronchitis.

    I have read a couple of Complaints on the BBB and seems I have similar issues with Alexcar. I ordered a Full Set of Seat Covers for my 2017 Ram 1500 ************ Cab back in June 2024. I installed the front ones in September of 2024. The area around the ******** was a little loose but I could deal with that. The biggest issue was the back seat covers had straps that were like buckles and were not able to be attached anywhere underneath the back seats. These straps were not what was on the included installation instructions, and they were not the same as the installation video on their website. I emailed them and received a response to send them pictures etc. which I did explaining what the issue was, and I have not received a response as of yet and it has been over two weeks now. I tried to attach a makeshift hook but was unsuccessful, due to the fact I really like the way these seat covers look, but I cannot secure them. I dialed the ************ which is listed on their website, and it is Out of Service. I then contacted two other listed phone numbers on their website which goes to voicemail. Their live online Chat is not responsive as well. So currently I am unable to install the back seat covers. Super frustrating that I am basically screwed, and nobody will respond.

    I made a purchase of product, that doesnt fit my car. Contacted seller, requested return authorization and address. Shipped product as per instruction. Also claimed dispute with PayPal a provided proof of tracking information, date that product was received by seller and person who received the product.PayPal denied my claim, stating i provided wrong information ( return address), which was an address provided by seller.

    I purchased custom floor mats that did not fit from Alexcar. They asked for pictures showing they did not fit, which I provided. They said that they needed the mats to be shipped to ******** at my expense and would only provide me with a 40% refund, which would not cover the cost of the shipment; thus, I would still be out of money. When I try to talk to an actual person it's just a robo recording thus a scam. Below is what they stated.Hi *****************************,We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the issue you experienced with the photos you sent to us. After carefully reviewing the matter, we have forwarded the photos to the manufacturer for further assessment.Upon reviewing the photos, the manufacturer informed us that they needed to directly inspect the item in order to provide an accurate assessment and determine the appropriate solution. Therefore, we kindly request that you return the item to our warehouse at ************************************************************************************************************Zip code: ***** Receiver: Ton ************** (Please note that the shipping fee is at your own expense).We understand that returning the item may involve both time and a return fee, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to compensate for this inconvenience, we would like to offer you a 40% refund on this order and a voucher for a 20% discount for your next purchase on our website. You are welcome to keep the item for yourself or offer it to your friends.
