    Awful. Terrible customer service and will scam you. They will not return my item and are requiring me to in order to get a full refund. They will only give me a 10% discount due to a fault of their own. The stiching is falling apart and it does not fit yet they won't fix the issue. They claim easy returns, great customer service and 30 day money back guarantee and none of those are true.

    THEY FALSE ADVERTISE! They don't make seat covers for all cars. It a 1 universal fit. They do not have headquarters in ******* colo. And phone number is all fake too!! Refund process is a joke. Even though they false advertise. Return shipping is on customer. Then what? 45 days to get refund. And full refund is NOT gaureenteed. They are in *********. Not colorado!! Pretty much if covers don't fit your so screwed

    Horrible company. They shipped me product that does not fit my car and will not replace with the correct car seat covers. They were ordered to fit my vehicle but thats not what I got and they are denying they sent the wrong thing. **************** number does not work

    Horrible customer support, Dont even try calling phone number listed. Purchased car seat and the rear ones do not fit. Giving me a hard time trying to return them and get a refund. They have offered 8% refund then 13% then 22% now at 30 %. I would stay away from these people.

    Ordered two sets of floor mats, one was a mistake. I refused one and sent back. I filed a complaint with PayPal letting them know what happened and they withheld payment. When I requested my money back, Alexcar said I need to release my hold before they can refund me. Now they refuse to refund me because my reason for return does not match their qualifications for a refund.
