  I am constantly harassed at my property about other addresses and names I dont have. I have already opted out of this website and find that there is no way for me to get people to stop shouting about names at me or my home that I DONT USE. I HAVE A UNISEX name and I dont have other names Im upset because of your website everyone believes i use some other name I dont use and it has ruined my life causing me to be harassed with a religion i dont believe in and some community group that harasses people with psychology (I DONT HAVE ANY MENTAL ILLNESS AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO BE ALONE AND LIVE ALONE AND NOT BE SMOTHERED WITH UNWANTED ATTENTION IM AN INDEPENDENT ADULT AND I DONT HAVE ANY PARENTS I HAVE A SEALED BIRTH RECORD AND I DONT DISCLOSE WHO I MAY BE RELATED TO I WISH SOMEONE WOULD STOP HARASSING ME ABOUT NAMES I DONT USE THAT I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH and even after removing the stuff on there as you suggest it doesnt get rid of harassment at my address about it my life has my ruined i can never do anything in  my life without being harassed with people calling me the wrong names and shouting stuff at my house i want to be ALONE why cant people accept i dont want people showing up at addresses shouting stuff

  I just ran across a business called Free background check that I have never heard of. The background check was on ******************. I own a house at **************************************** and the background check was claiming that Mr. ******** lived at that address and that I was affiliated with him and it gave my personal information, like my age.How dare this company report such incorrect information. I would never be affiliated with Mr. ******** and he has never, ever, ever, ever lived at that address. I need this company to remove my name & my personal information from *************************'s report immediately.

  This company is sharing personal information publicly that could open me or my family up to identification theft and security threats. This includes my exact address with a photo on maps, detailed histories of ************** and a long list of family members. It shares my date of birth.   I searched my name, ***************************, and **********************, and their website publicly lists my information for everyone to see on two different accounts. I call the contact number and couldn't speak to anyone and the recording references a link to request that personal information is removed, and I did that twice, and they never sent me the email to complete they process for either public account. Not only are the endangering my safety by publicly posting this information, they are falsely advertising that users can choose to remove their personal information, when they aren't actually allowing us to protect our own privacy and safety.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The owner of the site DID NOT take any action, including removing the accounts. They have the information necessary to remove the account with a simple search but instead are asking me to provide the specific links to my account. The link that pulls up two separate accounts clearly providing anyone with my personal information, it took 5 seconds to find online with a search of my name and city, both of which have already been provided to the business. If the business cared about actually resolving this, they would have taken the few seconds to remove my personal information. I will be keeping a copy of this request filed so should any adverse actions or harm come to me or my family due to their unwillingness to remove my personal information, I will be sure that my lawyers find them at least partially responsible for not handling my multiple attempts to have the information removed.
