  I am rejecting this response because: Business is putting all the responsibility of deleting and removal or personal information from their website on the individual. Maybe the business hopes that by putting the burden on the individual to have their personal information removed from the business website the individual will get frustrated and not proceed with the removal process. 

  However, it should be the responsibility of the business to delete and remove all personal information as requested. 

  Like others have reports on the BBB complaint section for this company, with an "F": rating, the link they provide never removes any personal information in fact it continues to ask for more information such as your name, address, email address. 

  I request the business remove all my personal information from their site.

  If the business refused to resolve the matter I ask for the BBB's help along with it's partners and my local tv stations "call for action" departments to help resolve this issue.

  I am rejecting this response because: Like many other complaints filed with the BBB on this business they have failed to remove personal information from the internet. Instead, they ask that I personally submit a request from their website to have the information removed. Of course the link never works like others who have filed complaints with the BBB have expressed. In fact this company has since my first filing a complaint with the BBB subsequently put a *********** to additional personal information. While the company might claim this information can be found openly on the internet I would call that 100% false. There is much personal information which is only shown on their web page. I request both web pages be removed immediately. Should the business fail to act I request the BBB's help  to take additional action including contacting the *** and my local regulatory commission as well as any regulatory body where the business resides. This business has an "F" rating the with the BBB and their promoting and dispersing of personal information is egregious!

  Again, I request the business remove my personal information for their platform as well as any internet search engine.

  I have followed all prompts on the FastBackground Check to "opt out" of having my personal information listed on their site and yet it is still there. According to their site I should receive a confirmation email with 24hrs and that my information will be taken down within 72hrs. This has not happened. I never opted into this and only stumbled upon all of my personal information being shared to the public by accident. The personal information that is being displayed is my name, address, phone number, email address, paste addresses, my husbands name and email address, my birth month and year, and more. It is very unsettling that all this information is out there and I want it removed immediately. I have also attempted to call the listed phone number only to get a repetitive automated recording.
