  I am rejecting this response because they are requesting me to fill out a form and then after filling out the form they send an email with a link to opt out. I am not clicking on any suspicious links in any emails from anyone that isnt a legit business and there is no reason my information isnt already removed per my original complaint. If they would like me to take legal action, I will need to know where to send the legal information to.

  Hi,I searched my name on the internet and found my HOME address, age, family members ages and first and last names on fastbackgroundcheck.   I googled my name on the internet and all this personal information comes out. It needs to be removed immediately. My last names (*******, ********, *********) some of the information is incorrect, nonetheless, I don't need any information posted on the internet specially without my consent. I've tried calling the company without success. There's a recording saying you can click on a link to opt out but there is no link. I need all my information removed immediately. This is trouble waiting to happened.

  I have tried to access the emails sent to remove my information from being public.  There is no "remove my record" button  on the opt/out as they say.  I've tried going under the privacy to navigate as well.  There has to be an easier way.  I need my information deleted asap.  Thank you.

The instructions the website gives to request your information removal are broken/ do not work and the only phone number provided goes to a prerecorded message. I NEVER consented to any of this.
