    The backend of their website is incredibly glitchy, but it's funny how that only ever ends up working in their favor! They are supposed to text you to confirm your order before they charge you for a subscription, but it has now happened on more than one occasion that it goes ahead anyway without approval. It's also funny how it will sometimes take weeks to ship an order, but each time this has happened the order magically ships out right away, making it too late to cancel! This particular order was a subscription that I had tried FOR MONTHS to cancel but was unable to, again because of their convenient site "glitches".The first time this happened the customer service was better, so they agreed to refund me. This time, however, they are digging in their heels, despite admitting that they have been having some "minor issues" with their software.I have placed many, many orders since 2021, but this may be my last "order" (I hesitate to call it that, since it was placed against my will!). They have some good products but they seem totally incapable of scaling things enough to bring their products within a more accessible price point. And, almost every order has at least 1-2 cans that are "duds", which is totally unacceptable given the price point. They need better quality control and a better, less glitchy, less infuriating business model. I have completed many of their customer surveys and I say these things (in a nicer way) every time, and they don't seem to get the memo. I'd be surprised if they're still around in 5 years, since they seem incapable of adapting and scaling or treating their longterm customers like something other than sh*t.

    After taking $50 of my money for an order of hoplark hop tea, they will not respond to emails or calls. They will not refund my money. They will not ship my order. The first two weeks after ordering, I received incessant emails about how they were shipping my order soon, and the delay was because the postal system wont allow it. Which is a lie, because Ive spoken with postal officials and I have also received liquid items all the way from ********* since placing my order with hoplark. At the end of the third week after placing my order, I sent an email asking for a refund or for my order to be shipped. I have heard nothing more from them. The incessant emails about my order status have stopped and Im out the $50. Its now been one month since I placed my order. Extremely disappointed with this company.

    Really poor customer service. I've tried ordering three separate times over the past year, and only one arrived correctly in a reasonable time frame. I've been waiting for 2/3rds of my order to process for over three weeks, as they oversold one of my items. Poor inventory management, poor responses and poor excuses.
