I placed an order on February 27 with Jesuspirit. When I checked the tracking number on March 10, it stated the item was at a sorting facility in *******, **. When the item did not arrive by March 19, I sent an email inquiry and they responded the item was in transit. The item still has not arrived and I have issued a dispute with ****** seeking a refund. As of today, March 24, 2025, the item is still in *******, **. Here is the latest reply from Jesuspirit:Dear ***,We truly hope this email finds you well.After carefully checking, your package was already on the way to the destination country on March 10, but the track has stopped. I purchased a blanket in November 2024. On December 13th they said it was in transit. It is now January 27th, 2025. I have attempted to email the company numerous times and am getting no answers. I have asked for a refund for the purchase I never received.Customer Answer

Date of transaction was January 12th at 4:15am. Order number was #********** This was ordered in error and I cancelled the order at 6:04am the same morning via email since the website did not have any other instruction on how to cancel the order. Per their website refund details it states that cancellations can be made within 12 hours. I attached a screenshot from their website. I tried resolution with the company via email and they kept responding that they would give me a discount but could not stop my order or refund it since it was already in process. I referred to their cancellation policy and they still refused to refund or cancel my order. I am happy to return the item when it arrives and would also like to be reimbursed for return shipping if there is any.Initial Complaint

On December 15 2024 I placed an order for two T-shirts for my 77 year old mother for a Christmas gift. My mother never received it because it was sent to the wrong address in a whole different location. I started emailing jesuspirit numerous times starting on January 6th when I got an email with a picture saying my mother's package was delivered. Jesuspirit gave me a hard time. Until they finally apologized and told me they will re-send another. Today January ******* I got another email from jesuspirit telling me the same thing they told me on January 6, 2025. This is poor business. My mom is old. Why would they take advantage of her and myself as a customer. Please help me solve this.Initial Complaint

I purchased item on their website on 11/27/2024. I was informed that the package was delivered on 12/09/2024 at 12:26PM, but I did not receive the delivery. I emailed the company on 12/13/2024, 12/14/2024 and 12/16/2024 requesting either a replacement item or refund. I ordered a Bible cover one month ago. I put my address in as I've done several times making online orders one month later I still don't have my order. I've been told by the vendor and the delivery vendor that they had the wrong address. They confirmed my correct address with me twice and then after I sent in a picture of my address on a piece of mail and a picture of my apartment number. I ordered a back pack for my daughter from this company. They sent me the wrong back pack with someone elses name on it. I want a refund. So far theyve done nothing but send me emails that have gotten me no where. There is no phone number for them. If they cant even get the order right, I want my money back. Please help.
