      This business is not a company that you want to have dealing with. I purchased an item in March that was delivered to the wrong apartment twice and they are refusing to refund me my money telling me i need to close the case in order for them to process the refund. Who does that ****** that who, they lied to my bank and the bank reversed the credit that was given to me

Money never returned.I bought a gift for Mother's Day. Tomorrow is Father's Day and she still has not received her gift. I've emailed them several times which is the only way to reach them. They opened a case and a few days later, closed it saying they hoped the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I requested that they reopen the case, which they did, but they did nothing to resolve the misplaced item. They didn't refund my money or resend a new order or even offer a discount or store credit. They did nothing. Don't trust this website. Their products come from ***** and you may never get it or get your money back.

      I ordered a Bible cover cost around *****. They sent me a case that didnt even come close to fitting my Bible. It didnt even match the measurements on their chart to order from. I have been emailing them back and forth for months. Sending pictures and measurements. Just got a email that they are not going to do anything but if I want to reorder the case they will give me 30% off. Do not buy a Bible case from them !!!!

      Terrible customer service. Dont order if you need for a certain time. ***** promises of delivery. Also not very good quality item. Theres way better out there

      Placed an order November 11. Received about 1/3 of order. Have not received the rest. They keep saying just give it a little more time and I did. Still no order. Ive got no answer when I said I want my money back. Now I have to go find other gifts to replace these. Very disappointing!
