    On November 1st, 2023 I purchased product from Fancy Drops and since November 14th, 2023 I used it for one year and four months to make my eyes in light blue color. Unfortunately I have zero result. There are absolutely no change in my eye color. I wrote to the customer support multiple times, but I always herd that you have tremendous confidence in your products and strongly recommend not interrupting the use of Fancy Drops during the process. Well... Finally I have come to the conclusion that they use psychological manipulation by giving various discounts and coupons to make me believe and continue to buy the product. Now I feel cheated and very disappointed as well as angry. A lot of time wasted. I don't like being deceived. Therefore, I felt that will be fair to demand a refund of $563.88 spent on a false product. But they never responded to my email. ?onsidering that Fancy Drops Beauty LLC misled people and with false promises, deceitful and manipulatively forced people to continue buying more products, also caused them moral damage, need to file a class action lawsuit against this company and also to send product to a lab and ***************** for analysis to check. MY ORDER DETAILS: 1st ORDER# ***** on November 1st, 2023 - $349.40 (Light Blue Drops 6 Months Supply and ************************ Drops 6 Months Supply); 2nd ORDER# ***** on March 5th, 2024 - $157.18 (Light Blue Drops 3 Months Supply and ************************ Drops 2 Months Supply); 3rd ORDER# ****** on September 20th, 2024 - $57.30 (Light Blue Drops 6 Months Supply and ************************ Drops 6 Months Supply)

    Fancy drops advertise that if you took these are changing drops over 120 days that your eyes will change to the color that you chose or your money back. I use these eye drops Faithfully as directed and my eyes did not change not even a shade of any color. I have requested for a full refund back from this company but now they are trying to change what they have advertised to many and that is that they offer a full refund if this product does not work. This product is a rip off and a lie, it does not work.

    I purchased 8 month supply of fancy drop eye drops and have been using them daily x2 day for eight months and none of the company's claims have been true. They have been taking people money. Their should be a class action suit for the deceivement.

    I'VE GOTTEN THESE DROPS TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THEY'VE EITHER MESSED UP THE ****** DIDN'T RESPOND AT ALL TO THE ***** ASKING FOR HELP OR JUST FLAT OUT CANCELLED THE *****S FOR NO REASON. THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS CANCELLED WAS TAKING SO LONG TO COME THAT I THOUGHT THEY'D STOLEN THE MONEY AND RAN. WHEN I ASKED WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG......THEY CANCELLED IT AND THEN SAID I'D HAVE TO ***** ALL OVER AGAIN. WHEN I DID I PUT IT ON AUTO REFILL (DROPS ONLY), AND INSTEAD OF THEM SENDING THE DROPS THEY SENT THE BRIGHTENER, WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR.WHEN I *****ED THEM....TO NOT SEND IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT....THEY IGNORED IT AND SENT IT ANYWAY. I ASKED THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THE DROPS WOULD BE SENT ABOUT 6 TIMES BUT, TO NO AVAIL I THEN WENT TO THE **** AND AGAIN....NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER. I'M NOT SURE WHO'S JOB IT IS TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS BUT, IT SEEMS AS IF THEY TAKE THINGS QUITE PERSONAL. THEY THEN SEND AN ***** ONCE AGAIN CANCELING THE ***** THAT I DID NOT REQUEST TO BE CANCELLED. IS THIS A COMPANY OR A PERSONAL THING MY GOD!
