    I ordered a product and then wanted to cancel the next day. I emailed them and then received a "canned" response stating my order is being prepared. No attention to my request to cancel. They do not show a number customers can call on their website. I've since received another email stating that due to high demand, my order will be delayed. It's obvious they don't pay attention to customer emails. This is possibly an AI ran website. I would rate them a Zero if I could. No response from them after many emails to them telling them to cancel the order. Card has been already charged so I guess I'll have to request a stop payment thru my bank. Do not order. No human interaction.

    I used these drops as recommended on website for eight months. Even purchased lightning brightening drops to make this process move more quickly and there was zero change. I took pictures as described on their return policy and of course they are now claiming that there are no returns except for unopened bottles. Dont know how youre supposed to use their product to see if it works if you dont even open the But I have threatened lawsuit against the company. They are still claiming the job are 100% safe. Just want my money back unless I can locate people and file a class action lawsuit as I understand that some users have had problems with their eyes. They are a scam and I dont understand how theyre allowed to rip people off this way. Its not just a matter of getting their customers excited And hopeful to steal their money month after month and then line only about their product but they return policy as well.

    The drops are working for me. After using the light green drops, I can see my brown eyes slowly shifting over to light green after just 1 month.

    unfortunately i am a sucker that fell for this. i have used these drops for several months. my eyes are a little lighter but it took maybe 4 months and for the past month they have stayed the same.

    Well I purchased 6 months worth of drops due to not having to wait when I run out during the process. Total order came to $300+ The website states one order is placed five 3 business days to process. That was a week ago and apparently still nothing has moved. Placed order on the 1st of February. Its about to be the 9th and still no reply back from emails, fb messages nothing. So, what type of business is this that takes your money the second you put a order in ( cause the payment didnt take any days to process, went straight thru), but you cant ship out what the customer paid for. But then wanna ****** how all these celebs are buying their products. At this point I think the entire site and ads are just a scam. Waiting to hear back before I contact my bank which needs to be asap cause Im not into giving my money away. And waiting on the class action lawsuit Ive heard a few reviewers talking about. Either way, GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR, OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!

    This is just another scam to cheat ** out of money.. the drops don't work and you want get your money back..some criminal charges should be filed.

    Bought this product and have been using for 2 weeks. So far the drops are doing exactly what they promised. I can see my eye color is starting to lighten up about a week to a week and a half in. My vision has been fine and I have had no issues with my contacts either. Im crazy excited for this new color Im about to have but still in the process. Will update in a few months or if I have negative effects. So far, so good

    This company is a disaster. Not only will they scam you out of money, if you do actually receive the product, expect it to be regular eye solution or some mystery liquid. This isnt *** approved either. All of the advertisements are photoshopped and or misleading. Please dont fall prey to these lames.

    I ordered drops from Fancy Drops. When there was no shipping information for two weeks, I wrote to them if they should send me these drops. In response, I received information that they do not have these drops in stock. I asked them for a refund. I got another message from them saying they would refund me but a $6 handling fee would be charged. My opinion is simple, they are thieves. I didn't buy anything from them and they made $6. Now multiply that by the number of customers, that's a nice profit. Cheaters!!!!!
