      I bought hearing aids for $4,500 and they don't provide the service that was promised.I have trouble hearing soft spoken people and I was pointed to the best model they have (stating what I need is the latest technology). Then you have to go through months of adjustments (multiple office visits) to get it set up right. 9 months later I still can't hear soft-spoken people, but other people sound like they are screaming at me, so I went to the office to complain and was told this is normal and that's just the way it is!I asked what's the process to return these as they didn't provide the service I was promised. The answer was they had a 30-day return policy. They just string you along saying that they need to be adjusted and this takes time (several months of office visits) just be patient,

      I am rejecting this response because:  They sold me on new technology, which is a scam on the elderly

      1. that the hearing aids would be able to Bluetooth into my phone and be able to listen to my music, well this only works if you sit absolutely still, if you move anywhere, it loses connection.

      2. The hearing aids would be able to Bluetooth into the ** with an adapter ($500) which needs to pair with the hearing aids and maybe works once a week, they tell me to delete the app and reinstall the app and you have to do this every time you want to watch tv (its a joke)

      3. Most important the aids would allow me to continue to hear what I can hear and amplify what I can't, well you get thirty days to decide whether to return the aids, but it takes months of adjustments before they will work right is the claim, almost a year later the things I can hear are screaming at me and the things that I can't well I have to turn up the volume of the aids to hear this.  Well that is what I have in the $1500 set of hearing aids that I have, a basic amplifier, but they sold me a $4500 set of basic amplifiers with a song and dance, and now they are hiding behind HIPPA rules which is allowing them to rip off the elderly.

      I need to sign and send the release for hippa but my scanner is not working I will need to mail it 

      they sell a product and push the most expensive option and tell you to be patient. Meanwhile stalling past the date when you can get a refund they state you can Bluetooth your music (it doesnt work) it can Bluetooth into your TV ( it doesnt work) and is just an amplifier which you can buy for $3,000 cheaper
