      I took my mom in 3 years ago to get hearing aids. She had the option to buy them outright or put them on payments (no interest). We decided on the payments. She signed a 4-year contract to guarantee the hearing aids and to have free checkups. She received an agreement in the mail from ************** stating that these hearing aids were leased. Who does that? They sent us the lease agreement that shows a signature (not hers). We inquired with the audiologist and she told us that wasn't right and it would be corrected. She has now left the practice and we are told at the end of 4 years, my 90-year-old mother has to give her hearing aids back! Avoid this center.
