Last Spring, I purchased 25 of the Sweet Gum tree injectors that are "supposed" to eliminate the production of the annoying spike ***** that these trees are known for.I followed the directions that came with the shipment and the treatment did absolutely nothing to relieve the problem.When I contacted the Company that provided the injectors, they said that timing of the treatment is way more critical than what is shown in the instructions and the process needs to be performed every year.None of this information was provided on their website.Initial Complaint

Placed an Order on April 18, 2023. Since then I have not received my products, or even received verification that they ever shipped it! I have tried to call dozens of times and they ever answer the phone. I've also reached out via email several times with no resolve to my problem. I belive this is a scam company and that they don't actually exist other than to take people's money.Business Response

On 4/18/2023 *************** placed and order online with our company for South ***** Metro Fire. We do not charge credit cards until the product is packaged and in the shipping que. On 4/25/2023 ******************* order was prepared for shipment; two attempts were made to charge the credit card on file ending in ****. The card declined both times. An email was generated asking *************** to contact us to resolve the declined card issues. On 5/11/2023 *************** was emailed that since we had not heard from him his order was being cancelled.
*************** is asking for a refund for a purchase he never paid for. I would suggest he check his credit card statement if he believes otherwise.

I placed a herbicide order on 19/September/23 and received an order confirmation. Ive received no shipping confirmation by 29/ September/23. I reached out by email twice. No response. I Then started calling but no one answers and you cannot leave a voice message. I don't know what's going on with my order or where my money is. Plus the recorded messages you get when you call is still going on about COVID stuff. I regret placing my order with such a unresponsive retailer. Ugg.Initial Complaint

Order placed on August 24. It's September 17 and no shipping response. No one answers the phone number. Their Voice Mailbox is full. No response from Support email.A different order placed recently was rejected indicating I cancelled it which I did not. I ordered a miticide on 6/1/23. Got email on 6/23/23 that the order was being shipped, not the fastest shipping but I was able to live with it. Received a few days later and the insecticide was out of date. I've been calling, emailing for over 3 weeks and have yet to have anyone answer the phone or an email. Orders June 28th, never heard anything. Tried emailing, both website contact and support email directly and never got a response. Wasnt able to get anyone to answer the phone calls. On June 26th I placed an order online for $494.77 of which $78.97 was shipping and $415.80 was for product. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company about the status of my order. When calling their phone number, you get a message saying the mailbox is full and cannot take any messages. When I send them an email, it does not get responded to.
