    Ordered two herbicides from Forestry Distributing on June 15, 2023. They said they would ship these in five business days. I still have yet to receive any notice of shipping or any further communication. One should avoid ordering with this company. They are not reliable and dont communicate with their customers.

    It seems like this business has a history of poor customer service and communication which is what I recently experienced on two separate orders. On the first order, I received my order confirmation and assumed my product had shipped. I'm busy and we have several delivery points across buildings at our facility so I assumed it was sitting somewhere. Finally, after three weeks of not seeing it, I managed to get them on the phone and they said the card had been declined for my order. No communication, no way for me to know. I did get them a valid payment and they sent my item promptly. I just ordered the same product since this is the only place I can find it. This time, I did not receive any email confirmation. I've called them everyday for a week and finally got through seven days after I placed my order. They said they received my order and tell me it will ship next week. A very frustrating place to do business. This will be the last time I order from them, I'll have to find a substitute or different vendor for this difficult to find product.

    I called to make sure they had the product I wanted to order. They said "yes" and they would ship it in one week. I made the order and a week later nothing happened. I have called or tried to call multiple times. Each time that I do reach someone they say it will ship in two days. Now they do not answer the phone. They do not ship. I want what I ordered. I did my part, I paid them.Today is 2 months since I ordered. They are saying they are waiting for delivery from supplier, when I called them to order they said it was in stock.

    Date Ordered: Sunday, May 28, 2023, Order Number: 23-1250394 for $126.05 Items have not shipped, nobody will return my email nor online inquiry for an update. Nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is full.My credit card has not been charged but I'm concerned this was a scam now.

    I placed on order on May 24, 2023 from Forestry Distributing, *** for an herbicide that I use for my business. I promptly received an email stating that my order had been received and would ship out in the next 2-4 business days. Then I received no further communication. My payment status has been pending ever since, with no response from the company. I have both emailed and called the company to no avail. As I stated, this was a business purchase and the delayed response/delivery has caused me to miss several jobs. After reading the numerous complaints, I realize that I should have done my homework and not used this company. I have dealt with other branches of the parent company ******** *** and never had these issues. Needless to say, I will be finding a different supplier that is not under the ******** ***. banner.

    Echoing others, this company is totally non responsive to status of my order.. no reponse to calls or emails, no order status at all they just collected the money and went silent. disgusting.

    I purchased weed killer through this company approximately 2 weeks ago . I received an invoice on line the money was taken from my account and have yet to receive the product. I have called numerous times no answer and sent an email with no response. I did receive an *** shipping confirmation but then it was canceled. Still no product but they have my money and have yet to reimburse me . This is a fraudulent company and something needs to be done .

    Order #**-1247329 Order Date: Monday, May 01, 20** Order not ship, order not processed. No reply from the business. I've sent a message from their website contact form. No response a week later. I then sent an email to the listed support email. another week has passed and no response. I attempted to call phone number listed on the website, no answer, can't even leave a message due to the "users voicemail inbox is full". I needed the product I ordered 3 weeks ago. I can't wait another 2 weeks. Quote from the companies shipping page: " SHIPPING INFORMATION We attempt to ship all in stock items within ***** hours. During peak business times, orders my take up to 5 business days to process. Most items ship from our warehouse in ********, **. Large or bulk orders may drop ship from the manufacturer or regional warehouses to save on freight charges. Most ** and ******** orders are shipped ********* or **** Priority Mail. Liquids exceeding Gal. and many pesticides may only be shipped ground via *** or ****** Bulk and palleted items ship LTL via R&L Carriers. Residential delivery and lift gate charges may be applied.You should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped. "

    I have received no information on my order for days. I tried calling the company number, no one answers, and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I've NEVER experienced such a thing. So your customer service is a joke because there isn't one. If you don't have the product you should let people know it's out of stock instead of taking there money anyway so as not to lose a sale. That's bad business. Not to mention my payment still hangs in the balance. So you can cancel my order the easy way or the hard way. Public reviews and information are a great way to get the word out on company scams. So cancel my order and we won't have to go there. This is for your benefit not mine. *********************

    I placed 2 different orders with Forestry for TreeTech tree injection. I received 1st order and 2 units had 2oz in them instead of 3. I reached out to Forestry by email (provided pictures) and by phone to ask for replacement. Forestry said to contact treetech directly. I did however the admin said I should take it with Forestry. I said I dont want to return or refund. I waited for order 2 weeks. They agreed to send me 2 units. Received replacement and units were same underfilled compared to others. Label on the box stated that each unit should have 3oz in it. I emailed treetech (copied Forestry) that I want nothing but it is not all right that replacement is also not what it should be. Treetech apologized stating I got a flukes. Next time I am placing order with Forestry for different product, order gets cancelled. I call them and they are telling me that I am banned from doing business with them. What? Please, **** it up if there is anything wrong because you will get cancelled. They sell on other platforms and so they will ban you there too. I am not sure if treetech asked them to block me or they did themselves. They dont explain, email, notify and they hang up on several times not letting me explain. All in all I thought they confused me with someone else. I have never been so insulted and humiliated for raising legit issues about 2 faulty product I got out of 2 orders of total 14 items and 2 replacements that looked like faulty too. I have done no chargeback, didnt request refund or return. I was polite and didnt insult anyone. Is that how Reputable business carries themselves?
