    I purchased 2 pillows from Nacove on 5/7/23 for $249.00 (order #NACOVE1005851). I received these pillows on 5/18/23 and immediately knew that they were not going to work as they were very flat so I requested a refund since they had a 30 day return policy. I requested the refund in writing on 5/22/23 and the company wrote me back on 5/22 offering alternative solutions to the problem like keeping the pillows and giving them to a friend or use it as a decorative pillow which I didnt want to do and responded back to the company that message and asked for a return label for a refund again on 5/23. Nacove responded on 5/24 offering 20% of the refund total and to keep the pillows. I responded on 5/25 that I did not want a partial refund and I wanted my full refund. no response. I emailed asking for a refund again on 5/26 and 5/29 and then again on 6/14 and told them that I was going to report them to the BBB as a fraud. I still have not heard anything from this company and all I want is my money back.

    I purchased two Nacove pillows for $249. I got an email saying they had been delivered when I was home. I checked my property, my driveway alarm and all of my outdoor cameras. They were not delivered. I contacted Nacove immediately through email. They said that my towns **** had delivered them and got a signature. I then went to my towns only post office and they told me the tracking number was a third party delivery company and that **** had nothing to do with the delivery. I have reached out to Nacove at least ************************************************* my pillows that I paid for. Each time they send me an email stating that they spoke with the **** in my town and the pillows were delivered. As I stated above the tracking number they provided was not a **** number. This company is a ********* company. I don't think I am they only person who got scammed by them. I have seen countless reviews from people who paid for the pillows but they were never delivered.

    Company is refusing to accommodate a return. They advertise a 30 day return guarantee. After multiple attempts to have them send return label they are now simply ignoring me. They only communicate via email and will not provide a phone number to speak to a ********** are stonewalling to run out the clock on the 30 day return.

    Purchased a pillow with a 30 day refund policy. After a few nights use I realized I could not use the pillow. Followed the information for returning. They refuse to send a return label or refund the money, despite their policy clearly stating that they will refund within 30 days. Attached is their return policy and my email correspondence with them.

    A product was purchased from this company as a gift. The website states that satisfaction is guaranteed and returns are accepted on all products within 30 days. I attempted to return this product within 2 days of receiving it. After following the instructions to facilitate a return, there has been no communication from the company for over a week. The website says they are in ******* ******** but all signs point to *********. The address listed on their website is for a registered agent in ******** who does not represent the company. And the phone number on the website is based in ***** and no one answers the phone.Order #*******

    I placed an order and immediately asked to cancel. i emailed them 4 times, ******** messaged them twice, tried to reach out via their chat on the website with no response. I am being charged for the items after I asked to cancel the order. I asked for a return label and a refund but no one responds.
