    I ordered a pillow some months ago and I loved it. My daughter also liked it so I purchased another pillow, the exact same one. The pillow we received the second time was NOT the same pillow. I followed up with Nacove immediately and they sent me a response on how to choose the correct pillow. I responded back that the information was not helpful, I received a different pillow than the one I ordered and I want to know how to get that corrected. I have sent an email almost every day for two weeks and have gotten no further response. I cannot use the pillow I was sent as it hurts my neck. I loved the original pillow and just wanted another like it. I even sent them a photo showing them that the pillow I received looks very different from the one I ordered. No response. Terrible customer service.

    Ordered a pillow in May, 2024. Return policy stated you could return in 30 days and provided an email address for directions. It didnt work for me. Sent multiple emails requesting guidance on returning the pillow. Never received a reply.horrible customer service for a very expensive pillow Im now stuck with..

    Do not purchase from this company! Their products are bad, they approved my refund, so I sent it back to get a refund and they never gave me my refund. It's been months, they do not reply to emails and kept my money. This company is a fraud.

    They stole my money and they will not respond to my emails. I asked to have the order cancelled when I saw the pillow was coming from *****. They still sent it and I paid $18 to ship it back. They received the pillow and will NOT refund my money or even respond. They used to respond right away. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I did not want to give 1 star! I have tried several times to return this unused pillow by Nacove, there has been no response. I have reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute. It seems there should be something that can be done. There are so many customer complaints.

    If I could give -10 stars I would. The worst product ever! But their customer service is even worse!!!They say ****** money back guarantee - well that's a lie. They will not let you return them. Based on the product description, I anticipated a soft pillow with medium support. However, after trying them them for one night, both my husband and I found them to be exceptionally hard, to the extent that they caused discomfort comparable to sleeping on a concrete surface. As a result, I've found it necessary to now seek medical help. I have not been able to work due to my neck injury just after 1 night. On their website they show how much support the pillow gives by putting a weighted object on it, if I put a weighted object on the pillows we received, you will clearly see, there is zero support. This company needs to be stopped. They get you by all the fake FB reviews, that's why you should always buy on Amazon, you will see real reviews on Amazon. My mistake for buying them from their site. Consumer, BEWARE.

    Scamers. Their company is a scam, pillows are a scam and so is the price. I tried to return, they offered advise on how to take care of the pillow. They derailed me so long and after ended up blocking my email. So disappointed ??

    Typical unethical, scam Chinese product. The website says "100 DAY RISK FREE TRIAL" and yet, they WILL NOT let me return this useless pillow, that has 0 damage, after THREE DAYS. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS.

    Horrid. The pillow I received was horrid. Extremely heavy. Chicken feathers poking through the fabric. $150 down the toilet. No way to call them. No answer to messages sent. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
